By means of a user-def<strong>in</strong>ed questionnaire the<br />

suitability of a material. As a result of the check<br />
you will obta<strong>in</strong> a list of all Kanban processes which<br />
are applicable to the material.<br />
The XYZ/XYZ analysis classifies materials of the<br />
G.I.B <strong>Dispo</strong>-<strong>Cockpit</strong> Kanban at the level of plant,<br />
material, cost center/supply area (demand source)<br />
accord<strong>in</strong>g to their consumption quantity on the one<br />
hand and accord<strong>in</strong>g to the number of accesses on<br />
the other.<br />
In case of already exist<strong>in</strong>g control cycles, control<br />
cycle dimension<strong>in</strong>g generates default values for<br />
control cycle optimization. In case of an <strong>in</strong>itial<br />
generation of control cycles default values for<br />
dimension<strong>in</strong>g are created.<br />
