Fifth (Operation rooms)<br />
Operation rooms designated to crises management<br />
should be established as follows:<br />
• Provide these rooms with the latest<br />
means of communications to setup a<br />
link with all sites, and departments<br />
concerned. These rooms should as well<br />
be updated consecutively.<br />
• Setup an updated database, which includes<br />
(places and sites of danger –<br />
human and material capacities and<br />
their places...etc).<br />

• Prepare cadastral maps illustrating<br />
(road, water, electricity, telephone,<br />
drainage networks – first aid centers –<br />
fire fighting and rescue points – mobile<br />
equipments and devices and their<br />
places…etc).<br />
• Utilize computers to register data related<br />
to disasters management.<br />
• Utilize modern techniques in the field<br />
of communication via satellites as well<br />
as, transmitting, live transmission of<br />
incidents to operation rooms and Department<br />
of Disasters and crises, to<br />
achieve a better immediate decision<br />
making process, and using Internet networks<br />
in sending and receiving information<br />
