BioSpot Analyzers allow much smaller <strong>plaque</strong>s <strong>and</strong><br />
colonies to be detected, thus dramatically reducing <strong>the</strong><br />
amount <strong>of</strong> growth time required. What’s more, because<br />
<strong>the</strong>y support multiwell plate formats, <strong>the</strong>y can also scan<br />

analysis, it also incorporates a UV<br />
light source for detecting fluoroescent<br />
cells. It can even accommodate a<br />
wide range <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r fluorescent <strong>and</strong><br />
visible light applications—ELISPOT,<br />
FluoroSpot, cell cycle analysis, cell<br />
viability tests, apoptosis tests, <strong>and</strong><br />

The automated filter changer allows<br />
up to six wavelengths <strong>of</strong> fluorescent<br />
analysis. Its <strong>high</strong>-magnification lens<br />

well bottom within 96-well plates,<br />
