<strong>CBRE</strong> acted on behalf of British Land which advises and owns part of PREF (Pillar Retail Europark<br />
Fund), for the acquisition of Santarém Retail Park. The deal was concluded for a total of approximately<br />
€35 million. The Santarém Retail Park is located near the CNEMA (National Center of Exhibition and<br />
Agricultural Markets), with a catchment area of 475,000 people. Opened in May 2008, it has a Gross<br />
Lettable Area of approximately 26,200 sq m (282,014 sq ft), in addition to 1266 parking spaces.<br />
Current tenants include “AKI”, “Jumbo”, “Moviflor”, “Rádio Popular”, “Centroxogo” and “Rucoline”.
