Bank of America Plaza is a premier office development that encompasses 790,000 square feet and<br />
soars 42 stories above Tampa’s skyline. Erected in 1985 by the internationally-renowned Harwood<br />
K. Smith Architects; Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and Associates; and Rudolph de Harak, Bank<br />
of America Plaza is sheathed in white, Spanish marble and boasts warm African Mahogany panels<br />
and polished marble floors on the interior’s three-level lobby. The building’s entrance is enhanced by<br />
cozy sitting areas, a stylish fountain and vibrant foliage that create an open and inviting elegance for<br />
tenants and visitors. The lobby’s design and building’s floor plates are accented by a stepped back<br />
ziggurat feature, incorporated architecturally throughout. The landscape designer, Edward D. Stone,<br />
Jr., created a living room for the city in the property’s outdoor corridor. The Bosque is comprised of<br />
a casual seating area, shaded by 38 live oak trees and adorned by a Charles O. Perry sculpture,<br />
Solstice. This stainless steel design floats above a reflecting pool decorated with cascading waters,<br />
