<strong>CBRE</strong> concluded one of the largest investment sales in Australia in 2008, involving a 50 per cent<br />

interest in the 101 Miller Street office tower and adjoining Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre in North<br />

Sydney. The AU$230.1 million sale to Eureka Funds Management was negotiated on behalf of Mirvac<br />

Group. Mirvac retained a 50 per cent interest in this landmark complex which has a total net lettable<br />

area of 37,577 square metres over 26 levels, and 8,731 square metres across the 3 levels of retail<br />

space. 101 Miller Street is the premier office tower in North Sydney and has been extensively upgraded<br />

and was recently awarded a 5 star Green Star rating and is targeting a 5 star NABERS Energy rating
