localities. Transferred to Petaurista by Allen (1925:15)<br />
<strong>and</strong> Aeretes by Allen (1940:745). Fossils from the late<br />
Pleistocene <strong>and</strong> Pliocene allocated to this species have been<br />
found in China (Zheng, 1993:239; Tong, 2007:219).<br />
