Summary
The present memory looks for to create and to analyze the Systems of Management of
Quality in Establishments of Superior Education made in the stage of design of projects, in
order to present the new norms quality that regulate the construction in Chile. Initially in
Chapter II the members, participants are mentioned and the stages that compose a project
construction, in Chapter III expose the laws that regulate the construction in Chile and the
implementation of the registry of independent reviewers of architecture and I calculate
structural decreed in the Law of Quality. In Chapters V the referring Chilean norms to the
establishment of superior education are analyzed and in eI Chapters VI and VII the central
subject correspond to the creation and application of the List of Control to an Establishment of
Superior Education.
