D. MODO DE DERIVACIÓN - SECUENCIA DE OPERACIÓN: (Nivel 10 y 30) Este modo se utiliza cuando se diagnostica que la MCF ha fallado y el sistema ya no responde como se espera. Mover el interruptor DIP (azul) en el Tablero Maestro a la posición de apagado. 1. El robot envía las dos entradas al Sistema de la Válvula Proporcional. a. ABRIR VÁLVULA DE DISTRIBUCIÓN (ciclo de inicio). b. ENTRADA ANALÓGICA REMOTA. 2. Se abre la válvula de distribución. 3. La TARJETA DE CONTROL DE LA VÁLVULA NEUMÁTICA PROPORCIONAL: a. Recibe la SEÑAL DE ENTRADA ANALÓGICA del robot. b. Calcula el valor de salida para resultados óptimos. c. Reporta una señal de control a la VÁLVULA NEUMÁTICA PROPORCIONAL. d. Los Potenciómetros de Compensación y Graduación Global no funcionan. 4. Fin del ciclo de distribución. El robot apaga las dos entradas. 5. Al final del ciclo del robot, el robot envía una entrada de CICLO COMPLETO. La MCF interrumpe su operación. Las FALLAS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN no funcionan en este modo. 6. Listo para un nuevo ciclo.
