Banco Mundial COMPONENTE EGRESOS: ASPECTOS CONCEPTUALES El concepto de egresos que se utilizará en este documento esta equiparado al que la legislación vigente asigna al concepto de “gasto neto total”. Al conceptuar a este último la normativa vigente establece que no se incluyen en el mismo los egresos que corresponden a las amortizaciones de la deuda pública y las operaciones que darían lugar a la duplicidad de registro.
