date. Subscriber has the right to appeal determination and/or take this to the legal entity subscriber deems
appropriate.
4. Preguntas del suscriptor relacionados a la facturación - Preguntas y/o información adicional o pedidos
especiales pueden ser obtenidos al contactar el Centro de Servicio al Cliente de DIRECTV a través del teléfono:

antes indicada y/o por correo electrónico a servicio@directvpr.com.
Por favor incluya la siguiente información:
Nombre del suscriptor y número de cuenta
La cantidad en disputa
La descripción del error alegado
Contacte a DIRECTV dentro de los quince (15) días subsiguientes a la fecha del ciclo de facturación del suscriptor
de cuando el alegado error ocurrió. DIRECTV debe recibir el pago por la cuantía de los servicios no disputados de
la tarifa de programación. DIRECTVtomaraá las acciones pertinenetes de acuerdo al alegado error dentro de un
periodo de sesenta (60) días. El suscriptor tendrá el derecho de apelar la determinación tomada y/o llevar el
asunto al foro legal correspondiente.
5. Closing Your Account - Subscriber may inactivate or modify services received and/or cancel the account by
notifying DIRECTV Customer Service Center in writing. Subscriber notice becomes effective when said
communication is received at DIRECTV. Notwithstanding cancellation of services, all amounts due and accrued
as of the date of cancellation are payable immediately, including, but not limited to, fees, taxes, and/or penalties
imposed by early contract cancellation. DIRECTV will charge according to the method of payment chosen.
Administrative Late Fees and other charges will continue to accrue, as permitted by law, if amounts due are not
paid in full. Subscriber understands and accepts that if amounts due are not paid in full, DIRECTV may notify
the appropriate credit reporting agencies of delinquency and the amounts unpaid for by subscriber, including
all applicable fees.
DIRECTV could return or debit the account any deposit, if any was made, for unpaid balances, at DIRECTV’s
full discretion. A new customer agreement will not be entered with an ex-subscriber with outstanding
balances with DIRECTV, unless certain criteria are met, at DIRECTV’s full discretion.
5. Para cerrar su cuenta - Suscriptor podrá desactivar o modificar los servicios que recibe o cancelar la cuenta,
notificándo por escrito al Centro de Servicio al Cliente de DIRECTV. La notificación será efectiva al ser recibida en
DIRECTV. A pesar de la cancelación de los servicios, toda cantidad adeudada y acumuladad a la fecha de
cancelación será pagadera inmediatamente incluyendo, pero no limitado a, cargos, impuestos y /o penalidades
impuestas por cancelación temprana de contrato. DIRECTV cargará los montos de acuerdo al método de pago
escogido.
Cargos Admnistrativos por Pago Tardío y/o otros cargos continuarán acumulando, según pemita la ley, si las
cantidades adeudadas no están pagas en su totalidad. Suscriptor entiende y acepta que de no satisfacer el
balance adeudado, DIRECTV podrá notificar a las correspondientes agencias de información de crédito de la
delincuencia en pagos y de las cantidades sin pagar por el suscriptor, incluyendo todos los cargos aplicables.
DIRECTV podrá devolver o acreditar a su cuenta cualquier depósito si alguno fue hecho, por balances sin
pagar, a la entera discreción de DIRECTV. No se otorgará un nuevo contrato de servicio a un cliente que tenga
pendiente un balance adeudado a DIRECTV.
6. Fees and Charges - DIRECTV does not extend credit to subscribers and any charges or fees assessed for late
payments, returned payments, and reconnection are not interest charges. All such fees are reasonably related
to the actual expense incurred or are required to expend therefore of late or unsatisfied payment. In the case of
late payment or non-payment for any of the programming service ordered or any of the charges stated below,
DIRECTV may report such late payment or non-payment to the appropriate credit reporting agencies.
In addition to the amounts due for DIRECTV programming service, the charges listed below must be paid, if
applicable:
DSS Receiver Unit Replacement Fee: Purchased equipment under warranty will be replaced so long as such
does not reveal unauthorized tampering or modification. Subscriber will be responsible for any repair or
replacement charges of purchased equipment not meeting the above criteria. Lost, stolen or subject to
unauthorized tampering or modification, or damage not related to defect in manufacture is the subscriber’s
sole responsibility as is such charges to repair or to replace units. Special delivery may be available and such
costs related to said service are the subscriber’s sole responsibility to pay.
Access Card Replacement Fee: Access cards under warranty will be replaced so long as such does not reveal
