para el diseño de torres residenciales en dos<br />
fases, en un emplazamiento al norte del<br />
puerto de Bakú. La céntrica ubicación y su<br />
proximidad al mar le otorgan al proyecto<br />
un excepcional potencial como complejo<br />
residencial exclusivo y de gran calidad. La<br />
altura de las torres propuestas le confiere un<br />
impactante perfil visual dentro de la ciudad.<br />
Nuestra intención ha sido crear una propuesta<br />
arquitectónica distintiva y muy eficaz<br />
comercialmente. Un proyecto que encaje con<br />
naturalidad en el paisaje urbano de la ciudad<br />
de Bakú.<br />
The Baku Port project outlines the conceptual<br />
approach to the design of four residential<br />
towers. The central location of the site to the<br />
immediate north of Baku Port and the close<br />
proximity to the sea, provide exceptional<br />
potential for a high end exclusive residential<br />
development. The height of the proposed<br />
towers will give the project a strong visual<br />
profile within the city. The objective is to<br />
create a scheme which is architecturally<br />
distinctive and highly commercially viable.<br />
