Se trata de un proyecto único, con espacios<br />
para residencias, comercio, oficinas y ocio.<br />
Este emplazamiento de 3,3ha con muy buena<br />
conexión a las vías principales de la ciudad,<br />
goza de unas vistas espectaculares sobre la<br />
bahía, las montañas y el Canal de Panamá,<br />
además de ocupar una posición estratégica<br />
respecto al futuro crecimiento de la ciudad.<br />
En este proyecto de 460.000m² compuesto<br />
por tres rascacielos, se emplean materiales<br />
reciclables, energía solar y eólica. El rascacielos<br />
central será de los más altos de toda<br />
Latinoamérica, con 345m de altura, y contará<br />
con residencias y / u oficinas, un exclusivo<br />
hotel de cinco estrellas, casino, gimnasio,<br />
spa, ocio, salas de reunión, un auditorio al<br />
aire libre, piscinas, restaurantes y un centro<br />
de exposiciones. Los otros dos rascacielos<br />
con 275m de altura serán exclusivamente<br />
residenciales. Los niveles inferiores de las<br />
tres torres dispondrán de tiendas de lujo, un<br />
hipermercado y seis plantas de aparcamiento.<br />

leisure elements. The 3.3-hectare site is<br />
surrounded by an excellent road network,<br />
has spectacular views of the bay, the Panama<br />
Canal and the mountains and occupies a<br />
superb strategic position. The design includes<br />
the use of recycled materials, solar PV and<br />
wind turbines. The buildings will occupy a<br />
total of 460,000m² and consists of three high<br />
rise towers; the one in the centre, at 360m,<br />
will be one of the tallest buildings in Latin<br />
America, housing residential and/or offices,<br />
an exclusive five-star hotel with a casino,<br />
gymnasium, spa, leisure facilities, meeting<br />
rooms, an open-air auditorium, swimming<br />
pools, restaurants, and an exhibition centre.<br />
The other two towers, exclusively residential,<br />
stand 275m high. The podium levels of the<br />
three towers will include luxury and boutique<br />
shops, a hypermarket and a six-floor car park.<br />
