1. OBJETIVOS<br />
Período 2006 - 2008<br />
1.1. OBJETIVO GENERAL<br />
Verificar <strong>el</strong> grado de avance o retroceso de <strong>la</strong>s vio<strong>la</strong>ciones al derecho a <strong>la</strong> salud, medido a<br />
través de <strong>la</strong> cuantificación de <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as instauradas por los usuarios para solicitar servicios<br />
de salud en <strong>el</strong> período 2006-2008.<br />
1.2. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS<br />
• Establecer <strong>la</strong> tendencia numérica de <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as instauradas en los últimos tres años.<br />
• Determinar los derechos que más se invocan en <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as.<br />
• Identificar los departamentos de origen de <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as.<br />
• Cuantificar <strong>la</strong> participación d<strong>el</strong> derecho a <strong>la</strong> salud en <strong>el</strong> conjunto de tut<strong>el</strong>as.<br />
• Precisar <strong>la</strong> orientación judicial en primera instancia de <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as en salud.<br />
• Identificar <strong>la</strong>s entidades más tut<strong>el</strong>adas.<br />
• Seña<strong>la</strong>r <strong>el</strong> contenido más frecuente de <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as en salud.<br />
• Establecer los contenidos d<strong>el</strong> POS incluidos en <strong>la</strong>s tut<strong>el</strong>as.<br />
