subsidiado<br />
Aunque <strong>la</strong> interposición de tut<strong>el</strong>as en este régimen es menor respecto d<strong>el</strong> contributivo, se<br />
observa un incremento significativo en los últimos años, ya que pasó de una participación<br />
d<strong>el</strong> 2.8% en <strong>el</strong> 2003 al 11% en <strong>el</strong> año 2008, lo cual es proporcional al aumento de <strong>la</strong><br />
cobertura de aseguramiento en este régimen durante <strong>el</strong> mismo período.<br />
Es de anotar que Caprecom, por ser <strong>la</strong> entidad con mayor número de afiliados, es <strong>la</strong> que<br />
más tut<strong>el</strong>as genera, con 14.8% durante <strong>el</strong> último año, seguida de Asmet <strong>Salud</strong>, con un<br />
10.8%. (Tab<strong>la</strong> N° 14).<br />
