el tratamiento <strong>de</strong> elección. Algunos autores han excluido<br />

expresamente el uso <strong>de</strong> <strong>atropina</strong> en esta situación 16 .<br />

Debido a que <strong>la</strong>s causas <strong>de</strong> bradicardia importante o asístole<br />

durante anestesia subaracnoi<strong>de</strong>a pue<strong>de</strong>n aparecer en<br />

contextos clínicos diversos 17,18 , se <strong>de</strong>sconoce realmente <strong>la</strong><br />

inci<strong>de</strong>ncia <strong>de</strong> bradicardia grave durante <strong>la</strong> anestesia neuroaxial,<br />

así como <strong>la</strong> inci<strong>de</strong>ncia <strong>de</strong> <strong>tras</strong>tornos <strong>de</strong>l ritmo <strong>tras</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

inyección <strong>de</strong> <strong>atropina</strong> en estos casos.<br />
