Tratamiento fibrinolítico. Es el tratamiento
de primera línea en el tromboembolismo
pulmonar masivo, diagnosticado por arteriografía
y acompañado de inestabilidad
hemodinámica. El fibrinolítico de elección
es el activador hístico del plasminógeno
recombinado, rtPA (Actylisi ® ) ,
pudiéndose también utilizar la urocinasa.
