Estimados Padres/Encargados de Estudiantes en Willow Street Academy:
Les quiero dar las gracias por su paciencia y apoyo mientras trabajamos con el asunto de los
horarios de clase para nuestros estudiantes en 9 no grado como resultado del fuego en nuestro
edificio en Willow Street. La compañía de restauración ha completado su evaluación inicial del
daño y ha concluido que podemos ocupar el edificio de nuevo el 16 de abril de 2012. Esto
significa que para la semana del 10 de abril de 2012 hasta el 13 de abril de 2012 todos los
estudiantes en 9 no grado se reportarán al edificio de la Escuela Superior de Lebanon a la hora
normal. A continuación puede encontrar el procedimiento que detalla el horario para los próximos
ocho días. Si ocurre un cambio en los planes los mantendremos informados del estatus del
edificio a través de los medios de comunicación locales, Synervoice (mensaje telefónico), Página
de Web de la Escuela, Facebook y a través del correo postal. Los estudiantes de Willow Street
Academy deben seguir el siguiente horario durante los próximos ocho días:

Dear Parents/Guardians of Willow Street Academy Students:
I want to thank you for your patience and support as we work through the scheduling
issues for our 9 th grade students as a result of the fire at our Willow Street building. The
restoration company has completed their initial assessment of the damage and concluded
that we will be able to reoccupy the building on April 16, 2012. This means that for the
week of April 10, 2012 through April 13, 2012 all 9 th grade students will report to the
Lebanon High School building at the normal time. Below I included a timeline that
details the schedule for the next eight days. If there is a change in plans we will keep you
notified of the status of the building through the local media, Synervoice (phone
message), School Website, Facebook and through the mail. Willow Street Academy
students should follow the schedule listed below for the next eight days:
