• Es el aspecto MÁS IMPORTANTE en <strong>la</strong> evaluación <strong>de</strong>l paciente con<br />
enfermedad <strong>renal</strong><br />
• AGUDA: aplicación <strong>de</strong> los criterios AKIN (Acute Kidney Injury Network).<br />
Supone cambios abruptos en 48 horas:<br />
– Elevación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> creatinina p<strong>la</strong>smática mayor <strong>de</strong> 0,3 mg/dL<br />
– Incremento <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> creatinina p<strong>la</strong>smática más <strong>de</strong>l 50% respecto a su<br />
valor basal<br />
– Disminución <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> diuresis menor <strong>de</strong> 0,5 mL/Kg/hora durante más<br />
<strong>de</strong> 6 horas
