She is a designer, scenographer, costume designer, visual artist, photographer,curator, and movie maker. She works with a variety of formats ranging from super-8, passing through 16and 35 millimeters, to digital video. Her movie Uaká, from 1988, was awarded prizes in festivals such asD´Amiens, Brasília and Bogotá. In the 1990’s, she produced 30 documentaries by the Colombian AudiovisualDepartment of the Ministry of Culture (Divisão Audiovisual do Ministério de Cultura da Colômbia), whichwere presented in shows, festivals, and on television.
