descend towards the Cauca, Risaralda,
Cañaveral, Monos and
Totui rivers, giving them a fresh

contemplated.
In Balboa you can see flowered
balconies and a landscape rich
in architecture and culture.
Its local festivals are celebrated
in April and the “peasant festivities”
in July, being two important
festivities for its inhabitants.
