friendly people, that offers
fresh air and contact with nature.
The urban area of ​La Celia is
settled by the most part at the
low valley of the Monos River.
Small waterfalls and crystal-clear
waters decorate the landscape
that could be defined as a natural,
healthy environment which
connects with nature. The main
source of employment in La
Celia is agriculture, especially
the harvesting of coffee in the
rural area, the Dominico Hartón
plantain and, to a lesser extent,
sugar cane and cold-climate
fruit trees.
