THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING<br />
1/2 T red wine vinegar<br />
1 cup mayonnaise (see page 27)<br />
1/2 cup ketchup<br />
3 oz sweet pickle relish<br />
TT salt<br />
TT pepper<br />
1 hard-boiled egg (minced)<br />
1/2 T Worcestershire Sauce<br />
Makes1 pint<br />
• Add all ingredients into mixer bowl and whisk until incorporated<br />
• Refrigerate until service<br />
RANCH STYLE DRESSING<br />
4 oz Mayonnaise<br />
4 oz sour cream<br />
3 oz buttermilk<br />
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br />
1/2 tsp minced garlic (minced)<br />
1/4 tsp fresh thyme (minced)<br />
1/4 tsp fresh oregano (minced)<br />
1/4 tsp fresh rosemary (minced)<br />
1/4 tsp dried mustard<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
Makes about 1 1/2 cups<br />

LOW FAT BLUE CHEESE DRESSING<br />
6 oz Low fat yogurt<br />
2 oz low fat buttermilk<br />
2 oz crumbled blue cheese<br />
1/4 tsp white pepper<br />
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br />
1/4 tsp Dry mustard<br />
2 drops hot sauce<br />
TT salt<br />
Makes about 1 pint<br />
