l’insert de la cupule en donnant un petit coup sur
l’impacteur.
Option : Seating the liner using firm hand pressure.
Assemble the impactor head to the universal impactor
and complete seating of the liner.

Explantation de la prothèse
Oter l’insert à l’aide d’un ciseau à os. Puis, retirer les vis à cotyle optionnelles et la vis obturatrice du
dôme avec le tournevis (manche + embout). Puis visser l’impacteur universel à fond dans la cupule et
visser l’extracteur sur le manche de l’impacteur universel. Enfin, extraire la cupule.
L’explant ne doit en aucun cas être réutilisé.
Extraction of the prosthesis
First, the liner can be removed using a bone chisel. Then, remove the optional cancellous screws and
the scew hole cover on the apex hole using the universal self-tightening screwdriver/handle assembly.
Then, screw the shell fully home onto the universal impactor, and screw the universal impactor handle
onto the extractor. Extract the cup.
Once removed, the prosthesis MUST NOT BE reused.
