TRAITEMENT D’UNE THROMBOPENIE AVEC SYNDROME HEMORRAGIQUE MODERE ASSAUTS DE SOLUMEDROL 15 mg/kg J1, ± J2, et J3 ou IMMUNOGLOBULINES IV 1g/kg J1, ± J3 ou Dexamethasone 40 mg 4 jours ET PREDNISONE 1 mg/kg/J par <strong>la</strong> suite 3 semaines puis arrêt sur 10-‐15 jours
