This facility arrives at the perfect time: in the midst of<br />
the winter and New Year festivities and at the centre<br />
of a diverse programme of events.<br />
Place Cathédrale lies at the heart of Liege's most<br />
animated commercial centre, within immediate<br />
reach of dozens of quality shops, restaurants and<br />
other entertainments.<br />
It offers a very special attraction and illumination<br />
to all the visitors, customers and inhabitants of this<br />
privileged zone.<br />
For each session, the Cathedral Ice-Skating Rink of<br />
500 m_ can welcome up to 250 people.<br />
More than 350 pairs of ice-skates in all sizes are<br />
available to ice-skaters.<br />
To cope with the very instable nature of our climate<br />
and avoid problems caused by rain, a 1000 m 2 roof<br />
has been installed above the Christmas ice-skating<br />
rink to ensure the ice is always of the best quality.<br />
You can also find forty other chalets, installed around<br />
the periphery of the skating rink. They offer visitors<br />
a village full of seasonal gifts, scents and flavours.<br />
Price (including renting a pair of skates): 6 €.<br />
Price per head for all school groups,<br />
minimum 10 persons : 4€.<br />
Opening times: - Monday to Thursday<br />
from 10:00 to 20:00 for a 2 hours session<br />
Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.<br />
Session timetables: 10.00 - 12.00 / 12.45 - 14.45 /<br />
15.15 - 17.15 / 17.45 - 19.45<br />
Additional session on Fridays,<br />
Saturdays and Sundays from 20.00 - 22.00<br />
The 24th and the 31st December,<br />
the skating rink will be open from 10:00 to 18:00.<br />
On Christmas Day and New Years day,<br />
from 13:00 to 20:00.
