Opening of Meeting HK welcomed all TC Members to the FIG headquarter in Lausanne, SUI and opened the meeting at 9.00 h on 15 th November, 2012. 2. Approval of Agenda Agenda approved. 3. Approval of the Minutes of the last Meeting Minutes approved as a true record of the last meeting in Mont Tremblant, CAN. 4. Report Tasks on/at past and future events Report from EC Meeting in Cancun in October The appendix for trampoline was not approved yet especially regarding the reference judges. Now all disciplines of FIG will have reference judges, for TRA it should include also TUM and DMT. In the future all the TC will have to input their score even for execution. There is no organizer for 2014 Worlds. There is interest from Poland and Russia. 2013 World Cup At this point only 2 World Cups are listed on the calendar. Loule, POR at the beginning of September and Odense, DEN at the beginning of October. During the weekend of meeting, we received an interest from ESP. The document should be sent to the office on Monday. 2013 World Championships in Sofia, BUL HK together with Rui Vinagre from FIG office stayed an additional day after the World Cup in October to visit the site and the selected hotels for 2013 World Championships. Together with the organizers they went through a manual to set up directives asap. Intercontinental course in Frankfurt FIG will support the cost involve to bring the computers to run the course. The TRA-TC approved the schedule from HK.

Changes to Code of Points and Technical Regulations Code of Points A few more changes (housekeeping) were proposed to the Code of Points for clarification and will be explained at the Intercontinental course and then published. Clarification in Tumbling that the deduction 21.4.8 “Ending a complete pass on the tumbling track as per §17.3. 0.2 pts”, is not part of landing. Therefore this deduction is additional. Norms We looked at trying to find better position for judges. This is a problem where the judges in tumbling do not have the best position in order to appreciate the exercises. It was observed that often the score coming from the FIG jury standing on a podium were always higher than the score from the actual panel. The proposal is to have the judges to be on a podium (50 cm) from a distance of at least 10m if possible. The TC is of the opinion, that this will also help the organizers to have a clear defined competition area. Here is a proposed layout for next World Championships where a podium will need to be created for TUM and DMT judges. A proposal was already sent way back in March and passed the Council meeting in May with this section but it has not been included in the last version of the Technical Regulations. 79
