FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE GYMNASTIQUE FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE GYMNASTIQUE Aerobic Gymnastics Technical Committee Lausanne (SUI), 2 nd – 8 th September 2012 Participants: President: Mireille Ganzin (FRA) MINUTES (summary) Vice-Presidents: Tammy Yagi-Kitagawa (JPN); Wang Hong (CHN) Members: Svetlana Lukina (RUS); Maria Mineva (BUL); Sergio Garcia Alcazar (ESP); Maria Fumea (ROU); Ana Maçanita (POR) athlete representative Apologies 1. Welcome MG welcome all TC members and invited Andre Gueisbuhler, FIG Secretary General, and Alexandre Cola, FIG Sports manager, to open the meeting and to give some updated information from the office regarding the Aerobic Gymnastics discipline. Andre welcomed and congratulated all TC members for the successful World Championships in Sofia (BUL), last June. He confirmed that the TC is heading right road with the Aerobic discipline. He mentioned that President Prof. Bruno Grandi commented positive remarks with AERO Dance & AERO Step as it was mentioned in his newsletter. AG gave also information regarding Cheerleading and the agreement signed between Sport Accord, FIG and ICU (International Cheerleading Union). 2. Approval of the Agenda The agenda was approved unanimously. 3. Approval of the Minutes (June 2012) The minutes was approved unanimously. 4. FIG report : EC London • Cheerleading Agreement AG informed about the agreement of trespassing with ICU (International Cheerleading Union). 82 • Aerobic Specific Judges Rules MG has been presented the TC request concerning the specific criteria in ART and EXE for level 1 and 2 judges to the FIG EC, explaining the non coherence regarding the judges draw. This request has been rejected due to the fact that all disciplines must apply the same rules,. • Superior Jury: new rules will be added in all code of points, precising work and tasks of the SJ in each discipline. • References Judges: During the EC meeting in London, the question has been discussed in order to propose the work and the tasks of the Superior Jury, the Reference Judges and the Judges panels. As it was already written in the TR, all disciplines will have References Judges next cycle for World Championships, Olympic games, World games and Multi Sports games. On 5 th of October, there will be a meeting with Tonia case, the ACRO TC president, and AG and MG to work on the Superior Jury and References Judges rules for next cycle.
FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE GYMNASTIQUE 5. COP 2013 - 2016 • Completion of the COP All parts have been reviewed and fixed. Two documents (updated and with corrections) have been made in order to make easier the task of the translators. The COP 2013 – 2016 will be send to all member federations after receiving the approval of the BP. • By November, the Interactive COP will be updated on the FIG web site by Gérald Bidault. 6. Intercontinental Judges course (28 Nov – 8 Dec 2012) • Programme The full programme of the Intercontinental Judges course has been reviewed. • 400 questions has been updated according the COP 2013 – 2016. • All lectures have been presented by each TC member • Routines for each lectures had been selected • «Judges and coaches video»: MG reminded that there will not be anymore «Judges and coaches Video» DVD but all the video elements will be included in the «Interactive Code of Points» already on the FIG website. WH and SG presented the list of the missing elements or elements badly performed which they must be filmed again.This task is shared between China, Spain, France and Japan. All films must be given to MG in Cancun. Gérald Bidault will update the video in the Interactive COP. In addition, MG requested FIG to made a special DVD with COP and videos for helping the developping countries. 7. International Judges course • Templates and Programme have been updated • Calendar 2013: In order to updated all documents after the Intercontinental Judges courses, all courses should not start before the 11th January. All federations has been already informed by AC. After receiving all International Judges courses registrations on line, TC members will be appointed according to their programme. 8. World Championships & World Age Group Competitions 2012 A full report regarding the participating nations, organization and the analysis of the competitions including inquiries has been done to EC in london.. 9. World Cups 2012 and 2013 • 2 World Cups 2012: AUT and CZE in October • 4 World Cups 2013 - 23 rd -24 th March Aquae World Cup, Aix Les Bains (FRA) - 6 th – 7 th April, Suzuki World Cup, Tokyo (JPN) - 10 th -12 th May, Azores World Cup, Punta Delgada, Azores (POR) - 18 th -19 th May, Borovets, Sofia (BUL 10. World Games 2013 In order to respect the universality in the WG, MG asked IWGA to add one more place for the African continent. This request has been approved: 9 IM will compete in qualification in CALI, including COL and RSA. 83
