The goods will be taken to be compliant and suitable if:
. The device under warranty is that which are working, and has been installed and operates according to applicable legislation and the
manufacturer's instructions.
. Start-up - this date determines the start of the warranty period - and all potential repairs are carried out by qualified personnel or Technical
Support.
. Official spares are used as determined by Technical Support.
. The working fluid will have a pH of between 5 and 9 at 20°C, and a salt content adjusted in accordance with the following points:
a) primary circuit water salinity must not exceed 500 mg/l total soluble salt. If this value is not available conductivity will be taken as limiting
variable, and shall not exceed 650 _S/cm;
b)calcium salt content must not exceed 200 mg/l, expressed as calcium carbonate content;
c) limit for free carbon dioxide in water must not exceed 50 mg/l.
The warranty expressly excludes faults produced by:
a) improper product use, or not following the instructions contained in the instruction manual and other documentation provided for installation and
maintenance.
b) Any type of overload.
c) Freezing.
d) Equipment handling by non-approved personnel.
e) Faults produced by force majeure (atmospheric, geological phenomena, etc.).
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
4.1 Operation
The system designed by Orkli S.Coop. incorporates the benefits of a separate solar system but with much simpler and faster installation and maintenance.
In turn Orkli S.Coop. has opted for the architectural integration of the solar system.
Primary recirculation pump regulation is achieved via an incorporated photovoltaic cell. This peculiarity means that the pump starts working when there
is capacity to exploit solar energy. And because it is a device that varies its power depending on the amount of solar radiation, an optimum result is
achieved, avoiding performance penalties
Orkli S.Coop. recommend installers install a thermometer at the auxiliary system inlet so that the user can observe the behaviour of the OKSOL-150
collector.
4.2 System Limits
Operating limits are set by the safety valves, which always act passively. Heat transfer fluid characteristics enable an operating range of -35 ºC - 140ºC
[at 3 bar].
. Max. P. solar circuit: 3 bar
. Max. P. DHW circuit: 6 bar
. Max. Temp DHW circuit: 95ºC
We recommend keeping the tank full if the system is not used. If the tank is empty the system must be covered with a tarp or safe opaque material.
. Heat Transfer Fluid min. temp.: -35ºC
. Heat Transfer Fluid boiling Temp. at 3 bar: 140ºC
. Stagnation temp. above ambient temp: 105ºC
