L’elemento seminatore, comune per tutti
i modelli, è adeguato ad ogni tipologia
da sodi a o poco lavorati e di diversa
struttura.
Ad esempio, la larghezza operativa di 3
m indicata per trattori da 120-150 hp e la
distribuzione del seme pneumatica gestita
elettronicamente fanno del modello DP
PRONTA l’ideale per i contoterzisti e le
medio grandi aziende.

frame with many working widths in order

The seeding unit, common to all models,
is suitable for all type of soils, both in notill
and minimum till conditions and in

For instance the 3 m sowing width suitable
for 120-150 Hp tractors and the pneumatic
distribution which can be electronically

L’elemento per la semina semplificata
Gaspardo può essere configurato per
meglio adattarsi ai diversi contesti applicativi
in fase di acquisto della macchina.
Il controllo della profondità di semina
avviene sul punto di deposizione e l’esclusiva
struttura indipendente della ruota chiudi
solco consente un preciso controllo della
profondità anche su terreni irregolari. Il
fertilizzante viene distribuito miscelato al
seme per ottimizzarne l’efficacia.
L'applicazione di un raschiafango con profilo
in WIDIA consente di mantere perfettamente
pulito il disco e il limitatore con manutenzioni
ridotte a zero.
The Gaspardo seeding element for
simplified sowing can be equipped to
answer different application needs.
Seeding depth is adjusted where the seeds are
dropped. This together with the independent
closing wheel allows to set sowing depth
with a high precision even on very irregular
terrains. The fertilizer is mixed together with
seeds to optimize its effectiveness.
The mud scrapers fitted with anti-wearing
WIDIA profile allow to keep the discs and
the sowing limiter perfectly clean, reducing
maintenance down to zero.
L'élément pour le semis simplifié Gaspardo
peut être configuré pour mieux
s'adapter aux différents contextes d'application
en phase d'achat de la machine.
Le contrôle de la profondeur d'ensemencement
a lieu sur le point de dépôt de la graine et la
structure exclusive indépendante de la roue de
fermeture du sillon permet d'avoir un contrôle
précis de la profondeur, également sur des terrains
irréguliers. L'engrais est distribué mélangé
aux graines pour en optimiser l'efficacité.
L'application d'un racleur de boue avec profil
en WIDIA permet de maintenir le disque et
le limiteur parfaitement propres et de limiter
les opérations d'entretien.

STRUCTURE OF THE PLANTING UNIT
A) The hinge points are made with antiwearing
materials and they are fitted with
a self-lubricating system.
B) The sturdy cast iron supporting arm keeps
the element adherent to the ground even

C) The furrow closing wheel is independent
from the coulter to avoid variations in
sowing depth. The down pressure can be
easily adjusted.
D) The springs to level off the sowing unit
allows optimal travel and thanks to the
exclusive mechanism it increases the down
pressure when necessary.

Il brevettato sistema by-pass garantisce
l’uniformità di distribuzione anche in
condizioni difficili come semina in collina o
distribuzione di grandi volumi di semi ad alto
peso specifico come per la semina del riso.
Il flusso d’aria creato dalla soffiante (A)
viene convogliato al sistema Venturi (B)
dove il seme si inserisce nel condotto di
distribuzione (C). L’impianto è caratterizzato
da due by-pass laterali (D) che recuperano
la sovrappressione sfruttandola nella
zona di miscelazione (E) per aumentare
la turbolenza: aria e semi perfettamente
miscelati vengono quindi uniformemente
ripartiti nelle diverse file di semina (F). La
soluzione garantisce un miglioramento del
20% nell’uniformità d’investimento (G).
The patented by-pass system guarantees
distribution uniformity, even in very difficult
conditions such as sowing on a hill or
distributing great volumes of high weight
density seeds, for example when sowing rice.
The air flow generated by the fan (A) is
conveyed in the Venturi system (B) where
seeds get into the distribution pipe.
The system is fitted with two side by-passes (D)
which recover the blowing pressure in excess,
using it in the mixing pipe (E) to increase
turbulence: air and seeds are perfectly mixed
together and evenly distributed among the
mushroom distribution head outlets (F). This
design guarantees a 20% improvement in
investment uniformity (G).

A richiesta, il modello DIRETTA CORSA offre la possibilità di seminare e distribuire concime contemporaneamente: può disporre
infatti di una tramoggia per il fertilizzante.
The DIRETTA model is ideal for direct seeding and for sowing on minimum tillage conditions. It is a mechanical drill suitable for all
types of seeds: cereals, soya beans, rape, grass etc.
On request, the DIRETTA CORSA version can distribute both seeds and fertilizer: the hopper can be split to have fertilizer option.

Studiato per la semina su grandi estensioni, il modello Elefante si pone al vertice della gamma per prestazioni ed autonomia.
La tramoggia trainata, posizionata posteriormente all’unità di semina garantisce ottima visibilità sugli elementi dalla
cabina di guida. Il telaio pieghevole in tre sezioni, dotato di sistema di compensazione pneumatico, consente una semina
uniforme anche su terreni molto irregolari e rende possibile il trasporto su strada.
Designed for sowing on large areas, the Elefante model is top of the line for performance and autonomy. The carted
hopper towed behind the seeding frame allows great visibility of sowing units from driver cab. The three sections foldable
frame fitted with nitrogen accumulators allows uniform seeding even on very uneven terrains and to transport the drill
on road.
Étudié pour l'ensemencement sur grandes surfaces, le modèle Elefante se place à l'apogée de la gamme pour ses performances
et son autonomie. La trémie tractée, positionnée à l'arrière de l'unité de semis garantit une excellente visibilité des éléments
depuis la cabine de conduite. Le châssis repliable en trois segments, équipé de système de compensation pneumatique,
permet un semis uniforme également sur les sols très irréguliers et permet le transport sur route.
