Simple troubleshoot<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Problem Cause Remedy<br />
Coffee is too “bitter”. The gr<strong>in</strong>d sett<strong>in</strong>g is too f<strong>in</strong>e<br />
or the preground coffee is<br />
too f<strong>in</strong>e.<br />
The water filter does not<br />
stay <strong>in</strong> position <strong>in</strong> the water<br />
tank (16).<br />
The coffee grounds are not<br />
compact and are too wet.<br />
LED D lights up<br />
Adjust the gr<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g unit to<br />
a coarser sett<strong>in</strong>g or use<br />
coarser preground coffee.<br />
Unsuitable type of coffee. Change the type of coffee.<br />
The water filter is not fitted<br />
correctly.<br />

or use 2 level measur<strong>in</strong>g<br />
