LAW Nº 19/2006 OF 19/04/2006 ON THE EXECUTION OF THE STATE GENERAL BUDGET<br />

THE PARLIAMENT HAS ADOPTED AND WE SANCTION, PROMULGATE THE<br />
FOLLOWING LAW AND ORDER IT BE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE<br />
REPUBLIC OF RWANDA<br />
THE PARLIAMENT:<br />
The Chamber <strong>of</strong> Deputies, in its session <strong>of</strong> February 17, 2006;<br />
Given <strong>the</strong> Constitution <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Republic <strong>of</strong> Rw<strong>and</strong>a <strong>of</strong> June 4, 2003 as amended to date, especially in its<br />
articles 62, 66, 67, 79, 93, 108, 118, 183, 184 <strong>and</strong> 201;<br />
Given <strong>the</strong> Decree <strong>Law</strong> n° 23/79 <strong>of</strong> August 31, 1979 on Public Accounting as confirmed by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong> n°01 <strong>of</strong><br />
January 26,1982 on confirmation <strong>of</strong> decree-laws, especially in its articles 76, 77, 78 <strong>and</strong> 79;<br />
Given <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong> n° 38/2002 <strong>of</strong> December 31, 2002 Determining <strong>the</strong> State Finances for <strong>the</strong> 2003 Fiscal Year;<br />
ADOPTS:<br />
Article One:<br />
In accordance with table “A” below, <strong>the</strong> definitive total revenues for <strong>the</strong> 2003 fiscal year are valued at<br />
TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE BILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY MILLION SEVEN<br />
HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY RWANDA FRANCS<br />
(RWF 235,460,763,720).
