Article 4:<br />
The balance <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 2003 budget execution is a payment deficit on cash basis amounting to ONE BILLION<br />
FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND AND ONE<br />
HUNDRED TWENTY SIX RWANDA FRANCS (RWF 1,512,264,126) financed by <strong>the</strong> National Bank<br />
<strong>of</strong> Rw<strong>and</strong>a.<br />
Article 5:<br />
All previous provisions contrary to this law are hereby abrogated.<br />
Article 6:<br />
This law comes into force one <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> its publication in <strong>the</strong> Official Gazette <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Republic <strong>of</strong> Rw<strong>and</strong>a.<br />
