SUMMARY
“Epidemiological aspects of the IST/AIDS in the sanitary sector of
Namontana” is a study that has for general objective to improve the struggle against
the IST/SIDAS in the concerned sector.
In 2006, 249 cases of IST have been recorded to the CSB2. These cases
concern the young of 15 at 24 years in the majority of cases. The West Anosibe
fokontany constitutes one of districts the more concerned with 61 cases of IST.
The center of tracking voluntary of the VIH could test 67,1% of patients
reached of IST without for it to detect a seropositive case among the tested patients. It
explains himself in part by the insufficient number of topics having accepted to pass
the test.
In order to improve the struggle against the IST/AIDS, our suggestions are
about the backing of IEC/IST/AIDS activities on the one hand while using techniques
of communication for the change of behaviour and on the other hand on a better
organization of the voluntary tracking service.
