NOZZLE CLEANINGIf the nozzle becomes cloggedwith foreign materials, such as dirt,excessive pressure may develop. Ifthe nozzle becomes partially cloggedor restricted, the pump pressure willpulsate. Clean the nozzle immediatelyusing the nozzle kit supplied and thefollowing instructions:1. Shut off the pressure washer andturn off the water supply.2. Pull trigger on gun handle torelieve any water pressure.3. Disconnect the spray wand fromthe gun.4. Remove the high-pressure nozzlefrom the spray wand. Removeany obstructions with the nozzlecleaning tool provided andbackflush with clean water.5. Direct water supply into spraywand to backflush loosenedparticles for 30 seconds.6. Reassemble the nozzle to thewand.7. Reconnect spray wand to gunand turn on water supply.8. Start pressure washer and placespray wand into high pressuresetting to test.HOW TO CLEAN THE WATERINLET FILTERThis screen filter should be checkedperiodically and cleaned if necessary.1. Remove filterFilter Screenby graspingend andremoving itfrom water inletof pump asshown.2. Clean filter by flushing it withwater on both sides.3. Re-insert filter into water inletof pump. NOTE: Cone side facesout.NOTE: Do not operate pressurewasher without filter properly installed.HOW TO REMOVE THEWHEELS1. Using a 1/8" hexhead wrenchloosen set screwin hub collar.2. Slide hub collarfrom axle andremove the tire.13- ENG A12495
