Place handle assembly onto frame,depress the snap buttons, and slidethe handle assembly onto the frameuntil snap buttons snap into place.2. Attach highpressure hoseto gun. Tightensecurely.Quick Connect Spray Wand3. Connect wand to gun. Tightensecurely.4. Place the nozzle holder ontothe panel (located on the handleassembly) and push each nozzleholder into place.HandleASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSEngineOil5. Remove five colored quickconnect nozzles from plasticbag and insert them into correctgrommet on the nozzle holder.NOTE: Nozzles are color coded tomatch colored nozzles on panel.NOTE: The high pressure pump wasfilled with oil at the factory. There is noneed to add oil at this time, see theMaintenance section of this manualfor Maintenance information.6. Add engine oil (supplied) to engine.Refer to Engine Owners Manualsupplied by engine manufacturerfor correct procedure.NOTE: There will be a slight amount ofoil in the engine from factory testing.The shipping plugmust be removedand replaced with the dipstick/oilplug before operating pressurewasher.7. Using a 11/16"wrench, removeshipping plug frompump by turning itcounterclockwise.Discard plug.8. Remove dipstick/oil plug fromplastic bag and install into pump,tighten securely.A124956- ENG
