who prefers sweet tapas. Magical
desserts in Wonderland. The
importance of desserts in Albert’s
creative life is self-evident. It is like
a carnival, with its hanging light
bulbs, big top, cotton candy, horchata,
slushies, candy machines
and an old ice-cream cart the
way it used to be. Displays full of
colourful delicious desserts. Everything
to satisfy you as if you were
a child in a sweetshop. I want this
and this, and a little bit of this and
a slice of that?
Sharing, talking, tasting, trying,

Et pour finir, la jolie fille, “La Golosa“
(la gourmande), des tapas sucrées.
C’est une fête foraine, avec
ses lampes suspendues, le chapiteau
de cirque, des machines à
barbe à papa, de l’horchata, des
granitas et des vitrines pleines de
desserts colorés. Chariots anciens
avec des glaces d’autrefois. Vous
resterez bouche bée si vous êtes
un enfant. Et même si vous ne
l’êtes pas! Je veux ceci, je veux
cela et un peu de ceci et un peu
de ça.
Partager, discuter, tester et avoir

de horchata, de granizados, sus
vitrinas llenas de postres de colores.
Carrito antiguo de helados
como los de antes. Para quedarse
con la boca abierta si se es un
niño. Y sinó también. Quiero esto,
y esto, y un poco de esto y un trocito
de aquello.
