Abstract :
Reviewing a science progress in Morocco is not an easy task. This is not to
criticize the Moroccan State as the first responsible in terms of research policy,
locomotive development of the country, nor to denigrate the teacher-"researcher",
generally forced to lead a research at the expense of its rudimentary means in order
to obtain a position within a public institution.
Several levels of analysis are required : the question arises in terms of
approach, strategy, research policy for an eventual development, the task assigned
to the teacher- "researcher", and restrictive policy directives, or in terms of
specialization, scientific identification, highly fragmented and without horizons.
The affiliation, nationality and external directives raise the question of identity,
destination, and fate research. Would not it an immigrant and naturalized research
without currency supply ? Also would it be a methodological approach to
problems, which arises even in more developed countries, an orientation of science
as its evaluation, an epistemological rethinking focused on methodology, or
techniques and tools to orchestrate the symphony of research and its delivery to the
development ?
Through our investigation of these different aspects, based on an analogy
and assessments led, we will try to trace a synthetic and global silhouette of
geographical sciences evolution in Morocco during the last century.

الملخص
ال شك في أن انجاز حصيلة علم من العلوم يعد مهمة صعبة إن لم نقل مخاطرة.‏ المهمة ال
تهدف إلى محاكمة الدولة كمسؤولة أولى عن تطور هذا القطاع الحساس كرافعة أساسية لتنمية البلد،‏
وال للتعريض باألستاذ-"الباحث"‏ المضطر لينجز أبحاثه على حساب موارده المحدودة للحصول
على دبلوم يؤهله لمنصب مالي في مؤسسة عمومية.‏ هناك عدة مستويات للتحليل تطرح المسألة
بأسلوب المقاربات،‏ االستراتيجيات،‏ سياسات الدولة في البحث العلمي للتنمية،‏ مهمة موكولة
لألستاذ-"الباحث"‏ والتعليمات التوجيهية الصارمة،‏ وحسب الكفاءات والتخصصات والهوية العلمية،‏
والتي أفضت إلى صراعات حول الحدود المتنازع عليها،‏ مما أدى في كثير من الحاالت إلى
االنحراف عن مقاصدها األصلية والحقيقية.‏ االنتماء والجنسية والتعليمات الخارجية،‏ تطرح مشكلة
هوية،‏ وتوجه،‏ ومصير البحث على اآلماد البعيدة.‏ ألسنا في الحقيقة أمام بحث في المهجر ومجنس ؟
لكن،‏ في الحقيقة،‏ ألسنا أمام إشكالية منهجية مستعصية،‏ حتى على الدول األكثر تقدما،‏ في توجيه
العلوم توجيها مناسبا وفي تقييمها ؟
