GB Gema Gomez is a teacher,
consultant and project manager who
first worked as a fashion designer for
the major fashion chains in Madrid and
trend research institutes in Paris. She
then decided to make a dream become
reality by developing a new method of
interpreting and working with fashion,
in line with the aims of sustainable
development. To achieve this, she set
up Slow Fashion Next, a fashion and
sustainable development training
platform for businesses.
Gema Gomez teaches sustainable
fashion at several universities and
companies in Spain. She runs courses
and gives lectures in Spain and
elsewhere in the fashion world: in the
Lebanon, France and several Latin
American countries (Brazil, Colombia,
Mexico and Chile).
FR Formatrice, Consultante et Chef de
Projet, après avoir travaillé dans les
Chaînes de Mode majeures à Madrid et
Instituts de tendances à Paris en tant
que styliste de mode, Gema Gomez a
décidé de concrétiser un rêve en
développant une nouvelle façon de
comprendre et de travailler la mode, en
accord avec les objectifs du
développement durable. Pour cela, elle a
créé Slow Fashion Next, une plateforme
de formation de Mode et Développement
Durable pour les Entreprises.
Gema Gomez enseigne la Mode Durable
dans plusieurs Universités et Entreprises
en Espagne, elle donne des cours et
conférences en Espagne et ailleurs dans
le mode: au Liban, en France et dans
plusieurs pays d’Amérique latine (Brasil,
Colombie, Mexique et Chile).

GB Tina Gorjanc is a Slovenian born
designer that has been based in London
for the past 5 years. After obtaining a
Master Degree from the Material
Futures course held at Central Saint
Martins she opened up her own
freelance practice which enabled her to
present her work and design beliefs
with projects around the globe.
She believes the future of the creative
fields is absolutely linked to biology
which is why she is fascinated by
biotechnology and its potential to shape
the future. She is most recognized for
her work that merges the practices of
product design with scientific
procedures.
FR Tina Gorjanc est une designer
d’origine slovène installée à Londres
depuis 5 ans. Après un master sur
l’avenir des matériaux obtenu à Central
Saint Martins, elle a ouvert son propre
cabinet indépendant qui lui a permis de
présenter, dans le monde entier, son
travail et sa vision du design à travers
différents projets.
Pour elle, il ne fait aucun doute que
l’avenir des domaines créatifs est lié à la
biologie, ce qui explique sa fascination
pour la biotechnologie et le potentiel
qu’elle recèle pour façonner l’avenir. Elle
est notamment reconnue pour son travail
qui associe la conception de produits
aux procédures scientifiques.

GB A graduate of ENSAD, Elisabeth
Jayot is a designer and researcher in
the first group of doctoral candidates
in the “Theory and practice in fashion”
programme, initiated by the University
of the Sorbonne in collaboration with
the IFM. She endeavours to reconcile
a longer lifespan with the pleasure
of the new, which is inherent to fashion,
and explores the potential offered
through modularity in clothing by
turning to new technologies. In time,
she hopes to offer on-demand, local
production of personalised clothing,
which will be easy to change in line
with trends, desires and needs.
FR Diplômée de l’ENSAD, Elisabeth
Jayot est designer et chercheuse au sein
de la première promotion du doctorat
«Théorie et pratique de la mode» initié
par l’Université de la Sorbonne en
collaboration avec l’IFM. Tentant de
concilier l’allongement de la durée
d’usage et le plaisir du renouvellement
inhérent à la mode, elle explore les
possibilités offertes par la modularité
dans le vêtement en recourant aux
nouvelles technologies. À terme, elle
souhaite proposer une production locale
et à la demande de vêtements
personnalisés qui seront facilement
transformables au gré des tendances,
des envies et des besoins.
