business. An influential force for<br />
sustainability in the luxury goods sector,<br />
Johnston is responsible for a powerful<br />
and disruptive business model, making<br />
positive change for good in the<br />
consumer supply chain, spanning<br />
fashion, textiles and interiors. Nancy,<br />
regularly noted as a ‘woman in business<br />
to watch’, was recognised as a future<br />
sustainability leader nominee by<br />

Sustainia100 Guide. Last year Nancy<br />
was presented with an Asian Women<br />
of Achievement Entrepreneur Award,<br />
and was invited to the UN Convention<br />
of Biological Diversity conference<br />
in Mexico, taking the Business for<br />
Biodiversity pledge. Nancy is one<br />
of Grant Thornton’s 2017 100 Faces<br />

development strategy on the<br />
international level, she works in close<br />
collaboration with labels, company<br />
brands and consultancies, helping them<br />
to improve their sourcing strategies and<br />
allowing them to identify future<br />
changes in the global textile economy.<br />
A holder of an MBA, Anne-Laure Linget<br />
is today an independent consultant,<br />
having previously been head of the<br />
International Department at the<br />
Federation Expertise Textile, where<br />
she was responsible for helping French<br />
firms to expand on the international<br />
markets. In particular, she has initiated<br />
and directed the Worldwide Sourcing<br />
studies, a full-scale map for global<br />
textiles, for several years. She is an<br />
expert on Asia, where she was the<br />
coordinator for a number of industrial<br />
and trade missions. She regularly holds<br />
seminars and lectures in France, Europe<br />
and Asia. Last September, Anne-Laure<br />
Linget published an analysis of the risks<br />
of Syrian cotton.<br />

de conseil afin d’optimiser leurs<br />

d’un MBA, Anne-Laure Linget est<br />
aujourd’hui consultante indépendante<br />

en charge du développement<br />

Elle a notamment initié et piloté pendant<br />
plusieurs années, les études Worldwide<br />
Sourcing, véritablecartographie du textile<br />
mondial. Spécialiste de l’Asie, elle y a<br />
coordonné de nombreuses missions<br />
industrielles et commerciales. Elle anime<br />
régulièrement des séminaires et des<br />
conférences en France, en Europe et en<br />
Asie. En septembre dernier, elle publiait<br />
une analyse sur les risques du coton<br />
syrien.<br />

Jean-François Limantour is a Senior<br />
Expert in strategy and international<br />
cooperation for textile, fashion and<br />
luxury goods industries. He is the<br />
President of the Euro-Mediterranean<br />
Association of Textile & Apparel<br />
Executive Managers (CEDITH) and the<br />
President of Evalliance.<br />
He was Director General of the French<br />
Clothing Industries Association (UFIH)<br />
from 1976 to 1991, then Director General<br />
of the European Clothing Industries<br />
Association (ECLA) and President of the<br />
European Textile-Clothing Observatory<br />
(OETH)/Brussels. He has been President<br />
of the French Apparel Center (New<br />
York) and the French Fashion Center<br />
(Middle East). He was also Advisor<br />
at the French Foreign Trade Advisors<br />
(CCEF) and Advisor to the Agadir<br />
Agreements Technical Unit (Amman/<br />
Jordan) for Egypt, Jordan, Morocco<br />
and Tunisia, and administrator of French<br />
public bodies (UNEDIC, ARCCO).<br />
