14 LE BOUVERET SES SECRETS Le premier vignoble valaisan de la rive gauche du Rhône est étalé sur quelques 18 hectares dans le village des Evouettes. Le domaine viticole est passionnément cultivé et la réputation de son vin n’est plus à faire. Le Bouveret a la chance d’abriter l’Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» faisant partie du groupe HOTELCONSULT SHCC Colleges. The vineyard is cultivated with passion and the reputation of its wine is well established.
