JET SKI FOR A LIFETIME
The first race of the Hungarian Jet Ski
Association was held in the summer
of 1991. Sándor Kis was one of the
racers and later became president of
the association. “During the following
years, I tried every existing role around
jet ski competitions. I was a lifeguard,
a technical director, an equipment
coordinator, a race director, said
Sándor Kis. – Then I left this field for a
couple of years but my family stepped
in and led me back to the world of
jet ski racing. My son-in-law and my
grandson both started competing and
my 15-year-old son also got this feeling
and started to race. ” This is Sándor’s
8-year-old grandchild’s second season
of competition, after competing
last year. This year, with the special
support of the EMMI and Dr. Tünde
Szabó, they could organize the third
European Championship in Levelek.
The last time it happened in Tata in
2006. Now 112 competitors from
22 nations competed, including 29
Hungarian athletes.
INSURANCE FOR SURE
Csaba Szekeres is one of the youngest but at the same time also one
of the most successful insurance advisors of Generali Insurance

said that in 2019 an extremely big amount of cars (four million)

insured for damages caused by extreme weather. If you want to

consultant – emphasized Csaba Szekeres.
TRENDS’ FIGHT
In our autumn’s edition two completely different ideologies
competed with each other in our car test section. The new
wave was represented by the Kia Niro rechargeable hybrid,
which is a perfect complement to the electric and hybrid
version of the Niro. Thus, the Korean factory offers three
types of green cars within one model. The big advantage of
this type is the smooth six-speed automatic transmission.
The French luxury model, the DS7, representing the “other
party” has amazed us with its comfort and special features.
Mondeo is the most wanted for corporate purchases, Ford
has recently launched the combo version of the hybrid,
which has been available since 2014. This is probably the
best version of this car. Mondeo’s new adversary - besides
the SUVs - is the Peugeot 508, which is perhaps the nicest
and most desirable model of this style. Fortunately, the
designers had enough energy for designing the interior of
the car, which is a bit narrower than the Mondeo, but is
much cooler and more sophisticates.
