Jurang upah gender bulanan bagi warganegara<br />

adalah lebih kecil berb<strong>and</strong>ing bukan<br />

warganegara masing-masing 8.2 dan 19.3<br />

peratus.<br />

Di kalangan kumpulan etnik utama, jurang<br />

upah gender bulanan bagi etnik India adalah<br />

paling besar iaitu 20.8 peratus, diikuti oleh<br />

etnik Cina iaitu 12.5 peratus, manakala etnik<br />

Melayu pula mencatatkan jurang yang terkecil<br />

iaitu 5.7 peratus.<br />

The monthy gender wage gap for citizens was<br />

smaller compared to non-citizens, which were<br />

8.2 <strong>and</strong> 19.3 per cent respectively.<br />

Among the major ethnic groups, the monthly<br />

gender wage gap for the Indians was the<br />

largest at 20.8 per cent, followed by the<br />

Chinese at 12.5 per cent while the Malay<br />

recorded the smallest gap at 5.7 per cent.<br />
