Tanah seluas 27,77 hektar memiliki hak legal berupa Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) yang berlaku sampai tahun 2042, sisa tanahnya masih berupa tanah girik, yang sampai dengan tanggal penerbitan laporan keuangan konsolidasian masih dalam proses sertifikasi menjadi Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB). Aset dalam penyelesaian terutama merupakan bangunan dan prasarana dengan persentase penyelesaian sebesar 80%, dan diperkirakan akan selesai pada tahun 2014. Manajemen berpendapat tidak ada halangan atas penyelesaian aset dalam penyelesaian. Aset tetap Grup, kecuali tanah telah diasuransikan kepada PT Asuransi Wahana Tata dan PT Asuransi Astra Buana pada 30 Juni 2014 dan 31 Desember 2013 terhadap risiko kebakaran, bencana alam, pencurian dan risiko lainnya. Tabel berikut berisi informasi mengenai jumlah aset tercatat dan nilai pertanggungan: 30 Juni/ 31 Desember/ June 30, December 31, 2014 2013 MSJ owns a parcel of land located in Separi, Samarinda, measuring 43.17 hectares. Land measuring 27.77 hectares have a legal right in the form of Building Use Rights (HGB) valid until 2042, the remaining land is under a girik certificate. As of the date of the issuance of the consolidated financial statements, the land is still in the process for Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) certification. Constructions in progress mostly represent building and infrastructure, with percentage of completion of 80%, and are estimated to be completed in 2014. Management believes that there will be no difficulty in completing the construction in progress. The Group’s property and equipment, except for land, were insured with PT Asuransi Wahana Tata and PT Asuransi Astra Buana in June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013 against fire, natural disaster, theft and other possible risk. Manajemen berpendapat bahwa pada tanggal 30 Juni 2014 dan 31 Desember 2013 tidak terdapat keadaan yang menunjukkan indikasi terjadinya penurunan nilai aset tetap. Management believes that the insurance coverage is adequate to cover possible losses on the assets insured. As of June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, management believes that there were no indications of impairment in the value of property and equipment of the Group. - 45 -
