DuPont Packaging Graphics has announced<br />

a global agreement to market<br />

a series of print adapters and<br />

adapters for CDI imaging manufactured by<br />

Inometa, as part of the DuPont Cyrel round<br />

flexographic printing workflow.<br />

The Inometa compressible adapters are specially<br />

designed to optimize the performance<br />

of both Cyrel round Thin sleeves and Cyrel<br />

Fast round Thin sleeves, and provide excellent<br />

register accuracy, low dot gain and outstanding<br />

print qual<strong>it</strong>y from<br />

run to run. Made of precision<br />

fiberglass, they are<br />

engineered to be sturdy<br />

and smooth running w<strong>it</strong>h<br />

minimal run-out; ideal for<br />

today’s high performance,<br />

high speed presses. The<br />

adapters have a rubber<br />

stop and bayonet locking<br />

system for superior handling<br />

and long life, and are<br />

available in all standard<br />

sizes.<br />

confirms that Inometa<br />

and DuPont are jointly comm<strong>it</strong>ted to<br />

accelerating the introduction of the qual<strong>it</strong>y<br />

and productiv<strong>it</strong>y of in-the round flexographic<br />

printing into the marketplace, meeting the<br />

growing demand in all regions,” said Matthias<br />

Heinzel, global business director - DuPont<br />

Packaging Graphics.<br />

one of the innovative leaders of the flexo industry”,<br />

Manager of Inometa. “Our adapters are ideally<br />

of our deep knowledge of compos<strong>it</strong>e<br />

technology combined w<strong>it</strong>h our expertise in<br />

flexographic engineering.”<br />

The Inometa adapters will be featured in the<br />

DuPont booths at upcoming trade fairs, including<br />

ProFlex, September 20-21, in<br />

Stuttgart, and LabelExpo, from September<br />

28- October 1, in Brussels.<br />
