<strong>AQL</strong> cambia. Ad un valore <strong>AQL</strong> <strong>di</strong> 2.5 corrisponde un<br />
valore <strong>di</strong> 10 per il numero <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>fetti <strong>accettabile</strong> nel lotto<br />
campione. Questo valore scende a 7 <strong>di</strong>fetti accettabili se<br />
l’<strong>AQL</strong> è 1.5 (standard mon<strong>di</strong>ale per i guanti chirurgici)<br />
L’<strong>AQL</strong> 0.065 <strong>di</strong> <strong>Ansell</strong> (prima dell’imballaggio) significa<br />
che il lotto è privo <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>fetti, oppure che il valore <strong>AQL</strong><br />
è errato; in altri termini che ogni guanto del lotto <strong>di</strong><br />
produzione viene sottoposto ad ispezione. Come detto<br />
in precedenza, si tratta <strong>di</strong> un’attività che richiede tempo<br />
e denaro. È possibile definire un <strong>AQL</strong> così basso solo<br />
se la <strong>qualità</strong> del processo <strong>di</strong> produzione è molto alta e<br />
rigorosamente controllata.<br />
Un test <strong>AQL</strong> è un test assoluto, ossia o si supera o il<br />
lotto non può essere consegnato. Il test <strong>AQL</strong> riflette<br />

<strong>di</strong> produzione. Il livello <strong>AQL</strong> 0.065 <strong>di</strong> <strong>Ansell</strong> (prima<br />
dell’imballaggio) vi garantisce <strong>di</strong> avere sempre una<br />
protezione barriera della massima <strong>qualità</strong>. Esiste sempre,<br />
come per ogni cosa, una possibilità minima che venga<br />
prodotto un guanto <strong>di</strong>fettoso.<br />
Qual è il livello <strong>AQL</strong> dei guanti<br />
che state usando attualmente?<br />
Standard <strong>AQL</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>Ansell</strong>:<br />
• per i guanti chirurgici il valore è 0.065 prima<br />
dell’imballaggio (standard mon<strong>di</strong>ale: 1.5);<br />
• per i guanti da esplorazione il valore è 1.5 (standard<br />
mon<strong>di</strong>ale: 2.5).<br />
