The game ends as soon as the first pirate reaches the treasure chest
square, thereby winning the game.
The pirate dice
With the pirate dice not only can you add but you can also subtract
and multiply.
Depending on what kind of arithmetics you want to do, you choose
one of the two dice.
• The yellow pirate die brings subtraction (minus) into the game and
is good for beginners.
• The natural colored die shows also the multiplication mark (X) and
challenges you to do this kind of arithmetics.
Before it’s your turn you roll the die.The arithmetical sign determines
which kind of arithmetical problem you have to resolve.
+ addition: add both numbers
- subtraction: subtract the smaller number from the bigger one
• multiplication: multiply both numbers
When playing at “The Treasure Hunt” and “Quick Arithmetic
Pirates” don´t just throw both cannon balls into the chest; you need
to also roll the chosen pirate die.The cannon balls determine the
numbers, the symbol on top of the die the kind of operation.
For the game “Arithmetic Pirates’ Memory” use the yellow die.
Roll the die before uncovering both gold coins and determine if you
will add or subtract the numbers.
