I dati riportati nel presente annuario sono stati desunti dalla comunicazione dei prezzi presentata
dai titolari delle aziende ricettive ai sensi delle vigenti disposizioni. Le informazioni
sulle attrezzature e sulle tariffe degli esercizi elencati sono pubblicati al solo scopo divulgativo,
per cui si declina ogni responsabilità per possibili errori di stampa o per involontarie omissioni.
Le strutture sono ordinate per Comune. I dati riportati per ciascun esercizio si riferiscono a:
- denominazione della struttura e livello di classificazione;
- indirizzo, telefono, telefax, (nelle strutture ad apertura stagionale, tra parentesi è riportato
il recapito telefonico nei periodi di chiusura);
- sito web e indirizzo Email;
- la capacità ricettiva dell’esercizio: n. Camere, n. Letti, n. Bagni.
- periodo di apertura (se non specificato, l’esercizio è aperto tutto l’anno);
- periodo di Alta stagione;
- i prezzi riportati, nei casi in cui ve ne siano due consecutivi, indicano, rispettivamente,
il minimo e il massimo applicabile;

- Nella parte relativa ai Campeggi e Villaggi Turistici sono indicati: il numero delle piazzole,
delle unità abitative e degli ospiti.
Prezzi
Il prezzo della camera non può essere superiore a quello indicato nell’apposita tabella dei
prezzi che dovrà essere esposta nel bureau di ogni esercizio, e riportato nell’apposito cartellino
applicato all’interno di ogni camera. Ai sensi delle vigenti disposizioni, le tariffe potranno
subire variazioni con decorrenza 1° giugno.
La consumazione della prima colazione è facoltativa. La relativa tariffa potrà essere
addebitata, separatamente dalla tariffa della camera, solo se tale prestazione sarà
espressamente richiesta dal cliente. Le tariffe riportate si riferiscono a Camere con bagno.
Per un letto aggiunto posto in una camera a due Letti potrà applicarsi una maggiorazione
del prezzo della camera stessa. In ogni caso il letto aggiunto potrà essere posto solo nelle
Camere aventi adeguate dimensioni e su richiesta del cliente.
Gli Alberghi Residenziali, offrono alloggio prevalentemente in appartamenti con cucina.
Il soggiorno minimo richiesto è di sette giorni.
Per le CAV (Case Appartamenti per Vacanze) le tariffe riportate sono settimanali.
I turisti che avessero da rilevare l’applicazione di prezzi superiori a quelli pubblicati nel presente
annuario e non ottenessero sufficiente soddisfazione da parte dell’esercente, potranno
presentare documentato reclamo all’Assessorato al Turismo della Provincia di Cagliari.
Eventuali reclami dovuti a disservizi nelle prestazioni dovranno essere presentati al Comune
di appartenenza dell’esercizio.

operators of the hospitality structures, as per current regulations. Details of equipment and
rates are published for information purposes only - we therefore decline any responsibility for
possible printing errors or involuntary omissions.
Structures are listed by Municipality. Data shown for each structure refer to:
- type & classification;
- address, phone number, FAX (for structures open only during the holiday season, readers
will find an off-season phone number in brackets);
- web site and Email address;
- open period (if no information to the contrary is shown, the structure is open year-round);
- high season period;
- where two consecutive prices are shown, they should be taken respectively as the
minimum and maximum rates applicable;
- breakfast;
- on the right hand side is indicated the structure’s guest capacity, i.e. number of rooms, of
beds, of bathrooms.
The section referring to Camp Sites and Tourist Villages indicates: number of slots, residential
units and guests.
PRICES
Room prices may not exceed those indicated in the price list which should be exhibited in the
office of each structure, and also indicated in the price list attached to room doors. Pursuant
to current regulations, rates vary with effect from 1 June.
Breakfast is by choice. Cost may be debited separately from room rate, only when expressly
requested by guests.
Rates shown apply to rooms with en suite bathroom.
Request of an additional bed in a double room might involve an increase in room price. Please
note that any additional bed is dependent on room size and customer’s request.
Residential Hotels offer accommodation mainly in apartments with kitchen facilities.
Rates shown are weekly. Minimum stay is seven days.
As regards CAV (Case Appartamenti per Vacanze - Holiday homes) rates shown are weekly.
Guests complaining of application of rates exceeding those published herein and unable to
obtain satisfaction from the facility operator, are fully entitled to present a fully documented
complaint to the Tourist Department of the Province of Cagliari.
Any complaints arising from poor service should be made to the Municipalities to which the
structure belongs.

les responsables des entreprises selon les dispositions en vigueur. Les informations sur les
équipements et les tarifs des établissements sont publiées dans un but strictement informatif:
nous déclinons donc toute responsabilité pour les possibles erreurs d’impression ou pour les
involontaires omissions. Les établissements sont classés par commune.
Les données indiquées pour chaque établissement concernent:
- Son nom et son niveau de classement.
- Adresse, téléphone, fax (pour les établissements à ouverture saisonnière, le numéro de
téléphone durant les périodes de fermeture est indiqué entre parenthèses).
- Site Internet et adresse courriel.
- Période d’ouverture (si elle n’est pas spécifiée, l’établissement est ouvert toute l’année).
- Période de haute saison.
- Si deux prix sont indiqués, ils concernent respectivement le prix minimum et le prix
maximum applicable.
- Petit déjeuner.
- A droite est indiquée la capacité d’accueil maximum de l’établissement: nombre de chambres,
de lits, de salles de bain. La partie concernant les Campings et Villages de Vacances comporte:
le nombre d’emplacements, de structures d’habitation et de personnes accueillies.
Prix
Le prix de la chambre ne peut être supérieur à celui indiqué dans le tableau des prix obligatoirement
exposé dans le bureau de chaque établissement et affiché à l’intérieur de chaque chambre. Les
dispositions en vigueur prévoient que les tarifs peuvent être modifiés à partir du 1er juin.
La consommation du petit déjeuner est facultative. Son prix ne peut être facturé, indépendamment
du prix de la chambre, que si le client demande expressément à profiter du service.
Les tarifs indiqués se réfèrent à des chambres avec salle de bain.
Une majoration du prix de la chambre peut être demandée en cas d’ajout d’un lit supplémentaire
dans une chambre à deux lits. Dans tous les cas, ce lit supplémentaire ne peut être ajouté que
dans des chambres de dimensions adaptées, et à la demande du client.
Les Hôtels Résidences proposent essentiellement des logements en appartements avec
cuisine. Les tarifs sont hebdomadaires. Le séjour minimum est de sept jours.
Pour les Maisons Appartements de Vacances (CAV), les tarifs sont hebdomadaires.
Les touristes qui constateraient l’application de prix supérieurs à ceux contenus dans ce document
et qui n’obtiendraient pas satisfaction de la part de l’exploitant peuvent présenter une réclamation
auprès de la Délégation au Tourisme de la Province de Cagliari (Assessorato al Turismo).
Les éventuelles réclamations pour des prestations non adaptées doivent être présentées
auprès de la Commune à laquelle appartient l’établissement.

Die Daten des vorliegenden Verzeichnisses wurden den Mitteilungen entnommen, die von den
Betrieben selbst gemäß geltenden Gesetzesbestimmungen übermittelt wurden. Alle Informa-tionen
bezüglich der Ausstattung und der Preise werden lediglich zu informationszwecken angegeben. Es
wird keine Haftung für Druckfehler oder unbeabsichtigte Auslassungen übernommen.
Die Betriebe sind nach Gemeinde unterteilt. Für jeden Betrieb werden folgende Daten
aufgeführt:
- Name des Betriebs und Kategorie;
- Adresse, Telefon- und Faxnummer (bei den Betrieben, die nur während der Saison geöffnet
sind, wird in Klammern auch die Telefonnummer angegeben, die außerhalb der Saison gilt);
- Website und Email-Adresse;
- Öffnungszeit (falls nichts anderes angegeben ist, ist der Betrieb ganzjährig geöffnet);
- Hochsaison;
- die angegebenen Preise beziehen sich (falls zwei Preise angegeben sind) jeweils auf den
Mindest- und den Höchstpreis;
- Frühstück;
- am rechten Rand ist die Kapazität des Betriebs angegeben: Zimmerzahl, Bettenzahl, Zahl
der Badezimmer. Bei Campingplätzen und Feriendörfern ist die Zahl der Stellplätze, der
Wohneinheiten und der Gäste angegeben.
PREISE
Der Preis pro Zimmer darf den in der Preistabelle angegebenen Höchstpreis nicht überschreiten.
Diese Tabelle muss vom Betreiber in der Rezeption sowie auf dem Zimmer ausgehängt werden.
Gemäß geltenden Gesetzesbestimmungen können die Preise zum 1. Juni geändert werden.
Der Gast entscheidet, ob er sein Frühstück einnehmen möchte. Der diesbezügliche Preis kann
getrennt vom Übernachtungspreis in Rechnung gestellt werden, aber nur dann, wenn der Gast
diese Leistung auch tatsächlich in Anspruch genommen hat.
Die Preise beziehen sich auf Zimmer mit Badezimmer.
Die Zustellung eines dritten Betts in einem Doppelzimmer kann gegen Aufpreis vorgenommen
werden. Ein weiteres Bett kann jedoch nur in ausreichend großen Zimmern und auf Wunsch des
Kunden zugestellt werden. Apparthotels bestehen in der Regel aus Appartements mit Küche.
Die angegebenen Preise sind Wochenpreise. Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer beträgt sieben Tage.
Die Preise der Ferienwohnungen sind ebenfalls pro Woche angegeben.
Gäste, denen Preise in Rechnung gestellt wurden, die über denjenigen liegen, die in diesem
Verzeichnis aufgeführt sind und die keine diesbezügliche Einigung mit dem Betreiber erzielt
haben, können beim Dezernat für Tourismus der Provinz Cagliari (Assessorato al Turismo
della Provincia di Cagliari) eine begründete Beschwerde einlegen. Etwaige Beschwerden
hinsichtlich Missständen in den einzelnen Betrieben sind an die jeweilige Gemeinde zu richten.

Los datos indicados en este anuario se han recopilado en base a los precios comunicados
por los titulares de las empresas receptivas según las disposiciones vigentes. La información
sobre el equipamiento y las tarifas de los establecimientos incluídos en la lista se ha publicado
únicamente con un objetivo divulgativo, razón por la cual se declina toda responsabilidad por
posibles errores de imprenta u omisiones involuntarias.
Los establecimientos están ordenados por Municipio. De cada uno de ellos, están indicados
los datos relativos a:
- nombre del establecimiento y nivel de clasificación;
- dirección, teléfono, telefax (para los establecimientos con apertura estacional, entre
paréntesis está indicado el número de teléfono al que se puede llamar en la época en la
que están cerrados);
- página web y dirección de correo electrónico;
- período de apertura (si no está especificado, la actividad está abierta todo el año);
- período de temporada alta;
- los precios indicados, cuando hay dos consecutivos, se refieren, respectivamente, al
mínimo y al máximo que se puede aplicar;
- desayuno;
- en el lado derecho está indicada la capacidad receptiva del establecimiento: n° de
habitaciones, n° de camas, n° de baños. En la parte dedicada a los Campings y a los
Resorts están indicados: n° de parcelas, alojamientos y huéspedes.
PRECIOS
El precio de la habitación no puede ser superior al indicado en la tabla de precios específica
que debe estar expuesta en la recepción de cada establecimiento y, además, en un cartel
aplicado dentro de cada habitación. Según las disposiciones vigentes, las tarifas pueden
variar a partir del 1 de junio.
Consumir el desayuno es opcional. La tarifa relativa se puede cobrar, separadamente de la de
la habitación, sólo si el cliente pide expresamente dicho servicio.
Las tarifas indicadas se refieren a habitaciones con baño.
Por una cama añadida en una habitación con dos camas, se puede aplicar un aumento del
precio de la misma habitación. En todo caso, la cama se podrá poner solamente en las
habitaciones que tengan un tamaño adecuado y bajo pedido del cliente.
Los Albergues Residenciales, ofrecen alojamiento principalmente en apartamentos con
cocina. Las tarifas indicadas son semanales. Se requiere una estadía mínima de siete días.
Para las CAV (Casas Apartamentos para Vacaciones) las tarifas indicadas son semanales.
Los turistas que observaran que los precios aplicados son superiores a los publicados en este anuario
y no estuvieran satisfechos con la respuesta del titular, pueden presentar un reclamo por escrito
ante la Consejería de Turismo de la Provincia de Cagliari. Eventuales reclamos por ineficiencia de los
servicios deberán ser presentados ante el Ayuntamiento al que pertenece el establecimiento.
