The Economic and Environmental advantages of Sustainable design
abstract
relazione
No company can survive on its own. All companies exist only to the extent that environmental and social
systems allow them to exist. Traditionally, these supporting systems and structures were taken for granted.
However, as expanding human economic activity rapidly degrades these systems, it’s becoming clear that
a new business paradigm is needed. Visionary leaders and companies, like Gazeley, understand that firms
must work not only for their own good, but also for the good of the environmental and social systems that
support humanity.
Jonathan Fenton-Jones will illustrate the work which Gazeley has been doing since 2003 in the area of
distribution building development.
