L’INDUSTRIA TESSILE CINESE
CHINESE TEXTILE INDUSTRY
Con una lunga storia, l'industria tessile è
tradizionalmente un settore competitivo in Cina,
e svolge un ruolo importante nello sviluppo
dell'economia nazionale. Il tessile è uno dei beni
d'esportazione più importanti in Cina. Esso svolge
un ruolo chiave nel commercio estero cinese in
generale.
La Cina è il maggior produttore ed esportatore mondiale di
prodotti tessili e di abbigliamento, e l'intera industria è in rapida
crescita ogni anno. Secondo il Consiglio Nazionale Cinese
del Tessile e Abbigliamento (CNTAC), nel 2011 la produzione
cinese di filato ha raggiunto 29 milioni di tonnellate, la fibra
chimica 33,9 milioni di tonnellate, i tessuti 83,7 miliardi di
metri.
Le esportazioni tessili cinesi rappresentano il 33% del
totale delle esportazioni mondiali, mentre le esportazioni di
abbigliamento rappresentano il 40% delle esportazioni totali
del mondo, dimostrando il riconoscimento a livello mondiale
dell'industria tessile cinese. Le imprese statali (SOE) continuano
a detenere una posizione dominante, anche se le aziende
private cinesi e le aziende straniere sono entrambe in rapida
crescita.
With a long history, the textile industry is a
traditional competitive industry in China, which
plays an important role in the development of
the national economy. The textiles are the major
export goods of China. It plays an important role
in the Chinese foreign trade all along.
China is the world’s largest producer and exporter of textile
and garment, and the whole industry is rapidly growing every
year. According to China National Textile and Apparel Council
(CNTAC), in 2011 Chinese output of yarn reached 29 million
tons, chemical fiber 33.9 million tons, fabrics 83.7 billion
meters.
China textile exports accounts for 33% of the world’s total
exports, while apparel exports represents for 40% of the
world’s total exports, proving the worldwide recognition of
China’s textile industry. The state-owned enterprises (SOE)
still hold a dominant position, although private Chinese and
foreign companies are both growing fast.
China top five provinces for textile and garment industry are
all located in its economically developed east coastal area,
namely Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Fujian,
amounting to 85% of the industry’s production capability.
In line with the “Go West” policy, an increasing number of
textile manufacturers are shifting to Central and West China.

Le prime cinque province per l'industria
tessile e l'abbigliamento sono tutte
situate nella zona costiera orientale,
economicamente più sviluppata, vale
a dire Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu,
Shandong e Fujian, che coprono circa
l’85% della capacità produttiva del
settore. In linea con la politica del
"Go West", un numero crescente di
produttori tessili si stanno spostando nelle
aree centrali e occidentali della Cina.
Alcuni produttori tessili di cotone sono
incoraggiati a muoversi verso ovest, per
la vicinanza alle zone di piantagione di
cotone. La Cina è il principale produttore
di cotone (nel 2011 la produzione
di cotone ha raggiunto 6,6 milioni di
tonnellate, in aumento del 10,7%); viene
coltivato ovunque, ma soprattutto nelle
aree di pianura della Cina settentrionale,
nel delta del fiume Yangtze, nella Regione
Autonoma uigura dello Xinjiang. Nel
2011, la superficie coltivata a cotone ha
raggiunto i 5.04 milioni di ettari.
Tra le altre colture tessili troviamo la
ramia, il lino, la juta e la canapa.
La sericoltura, ovvero la pratica della
raccolta del baco da seta, è praticata
nelle zone centrali e meridionali del
paese. La Repubblica Popolare Cinese
è il maggior produttore mondiale di
seta. Nella costa orientale della Cina,
l'industria serica presta più enfasi sulla
rigenerazione della seta; la produzione di
seta greggia, invece, è più concentrata
nelle aree occidentali del Paese a causa
del clima naturale e delle condizioni del
suolo, soprattutto in aree come lo Yunnan
e Chongqing. Inoltre, dato che i costi
immobiliari e il costo della manodopera
sono in aumento sulla costa orientale, le
imprese si stanno spostando verso ovest.
Con le politiche preferenziali del governo,
l'industria della seta di Chongqing ha
visto sviluppi significativi.
La Cina è il più grande mercato di
macchine tessili. Circa il 60% del
mercato è rappresentato dalla produzione
nazionale, mentre le importazioni
rappresentano il 40%. Il governo cinese
incoraggia le importazioni su macchinari
tessili ad alta efficienza; infatti stiamo
assistendo ad una crescente domanda di
macchine a risparmio energetico, basso
inquinamento, elevata produttività e
automazione.
Some cotton textile manufacturers are
encouraged to move West, where are
close to the cotton planting areas.
China is the leading producer of cotton
(2011 cotton output reached 6.6
million tons, rising 10.7%), which is
grown throughout, but especially in
the areas of the North China Plain,
the Yangtze river delta, the middle
Yangtze valley, and the Xinjiang Uygur
Autonomous Region. In 2011, the
cotton planting area were 5.04 million
hectares.
Other fiber crops include ramie, flax,
jute, and hemp.
Sericulture, the practice of silkworm
raising, is also practiced in central
and southern area of the country. The
People's Republic of China is the
world's largest silk producer. Different
than the East coast of China, the silk
industry has more emphasis on silk
reprocessing, Western parts is more
focused on raw silk production due to
its natural weather and soil conditions,
mostly in Chongqing and Yunnan areas.
Also as the land cost and manpower
cost is increasing on the east coast,
business is shifting to the west. With
the government's preferential policies,
Chongqing's silk industry has seen some
significant developments.
China is the biggest textile machinery
market. About 60% of the market is
represented by domestic production,
while imports accounts for 40%. The
Chinese government encourages imports
on the high-end, energy saving, and
high efficient textile machineries; in
fact, we are witnessing an increasing
demand for machinery with energy
saving, low pollution, high productivity
and automation.

Inizialmente questa unità ha esordito
producendo e assemblando, con
tecnologia italiana, un modello di
ritorcitoio per il mercato domestico e
per l’export. In un secondo momento,
è stata avviata la produzione di un
modello di roccatrice automatica studiata
appositamente per il mercato cinese.
La prossimità con il cliente e lo sviluppo
di partnership con i produttori locali
certificati hanno permesso di ottenere il
posizionamento di leadership.
Sin dal 2009, il volume produttivo delle
roccatrici prodotte da Savio Shandong,
in aggiunta alla quota delle macchine
importate dall’Italia, rappresenta una
quota di mercato pari al 38%.
Gli uffici commerciali e assistenza Savio
sono localizzati a Pechino, Shanghai e
Hong Kong. Con un team di 55 tecnici
locali, 2 centri di riparazione schede e

manufacturing unit located in
the industrial area of Jining,
Shandong province.
Initially this unit started with
manufacturing and assembling,
with Italian technology, Two-for-one
twisters for local and export markets.
At a later stage, the production
was dedicated on the assembly of
the automatic winder specifically
addressed to the local market.
Proximity to the customers and the

Fujian Changle Jinyuan Textile
Co., Ltd., è un importante cliente
cinese di Savio che ha deciso di
investire in un parco macchine
modernizzato allo stato
dell'arte.
La famiglia Zheng, proprietaria della
filatura, non ha mai esitato ad avventurarsi
su nuovi sentieri, in quanto pionieri come
primo gruppo cinese ad investire in un
progetto di roccatura completamente
automatizzato, con la scelta delle roccatrici
Polar/E ad alimentazione automatica delle
spole.
Changle Jinyuan è stata fondata nel
2007. Come uno dei più importanti
produttori tessili nella provincia del Fujian,
l'azienda è specializzata nella produzione,
vendita e distribuzione di filato di cotone,
filati misti poliestere-cotone, filati sintetici.
Recentemente hanno installato in più
stabilimenti più di 100 macchine Polar/E
con alimentazione automatica delle spole
e scarico automatico delle rocche.

Zheng family, owner of the mill, has
never hesitated to venture upon new
concepts, being pioneer as first Chinese
group to invest in completely automatic
winding project with the choice of
POLAR/E winders with automatic
bobbin feeder. Changle Jinyuan was
founded in 2007. As one of the
biggest textile manufacturers in Fujian
province, it is specialized in production,
sale and distribution of cotton yarn,
pure cotton, pure chemical fiber and
various blends products. Recently they
have installed in different mills over
100 sets of Polar E automatic winders
with automatic bobbin feeding and
automatic package doffing.

POLAR E
Roccatrice automatica con alimentazione automatica della
spole e scarico automatico delle rocche. Le spole prodotte
sui filatoi, raccolte in cassoni, sono caricate sul ribaltatore
della rinfusa dove, automaticamente e secondo le richieste
della macchina, sono caricate nel dispositivo vibratore
a frequenza regolata automaticamente, che assicura la
continuità dell’alimentazione. Le spole sono quindi posizionate
sul Flexitray (piolo) per essere trasferite alla stazione di
preparazione. La forma particolare del Flexitray consente
l’esatta centratura della spola sul piolo e l’allineamento
perfetto con il percorso del filo sulla testa di roccatura. Ogni
spola posizionata sul Flexitray è automaticamente trasferita
alla stazione di preparazione, che ha la funzione di inserire
il filo nel tubetto. Questa stazione prepara così le spole per
i successivi processi di roccatura. Dopo la roccatura, ogni
Flexitray con un tubetto vuoto ritorna alla stazione iniziale che
provvede alla rimozione del tubetto dal piolo. Il tubetto viene
quindi scaricato in un cesto separato. Tutte le operazioni
sopraccitate sono svolte automaticamente e senza l’intervento
di un operatore. La rocca una volta raggiunta la dimensione/
metratura predefinita, è automaticamente rimossa per mezzo
del carrello di levata. Particolare attenzione è stata data al
sistema di aspirazione che rappresenta la maggiore parte di
energia consumata nel processo di roccatura. Una speciale
girante, controllata dal PC della macchina a mezzo inverter,
regola automaticamente la propria velocità in conformità
alle reali condizioni di lavoro e ai relativi parametri. I filacci
sono raccolti in un cassone con filtro separato ed ubicato
nella testata della macchina. Lo stesso aspiratore provvede
allo scarico della polvere del soffiatore viaggiante che viene
raccolta in un secondo cassone con filtro separato.
Automatic winder with automatic bobbin feeding and
automatic package doffing. Ring spinning frame bobbins,
collected in a free standing box, are loaded on the lifting
forks of the hopper. Automatically and according to the
machine requirements, bobbins are then loaded into
the hopper tank. The consistent delivery is ensured by
a selfadjusting vibration frequency device. Bobbins are
then placed on the Flexitray (peg) to be transferred to the
preparation station. The peculiar Flexitray design allows
a precise centring if the bobbin on the peg and a perfect
positioning with the yarn path.
Each bobbin placed on Flexitray is then automatically
moved to the “yarn finder station”, which inserts the yarn
thread into the upper tube hole, preparing the bobbins
for the following winding process. After the winding, each
Flaxitray with empty tube returns back to the hopper,
where tube is removed and unloaded in a separate box. All
the above mentioned operations are automatically made
and “operator free”. Yarn package once it reaches the
set dimension/meterage, is automatically removed by the
travelling doffing trolley.
Particular attention has been given to the suction system
which represents the highest portion of the energy in the
winding process. The motor fan, controlled by the machine
PC though an inverter, adjusts its speed automatically
in accordance with the actual working conditions and
parameters. The yarn waste is collected in a separate
filter box located in the machine headstock. The same fan
provides also the vacuum to discharge the travelling blower
waste, once the same reaches the proper collecting pipe
located in the headstock.

POLAR/I Direct Link System
Il prodotto Savio più evoluto è ora rappresentato dalla roccatrice
POLAR/I DirectLinkSystem, per collegare direttamente i filatoi
alle roccatrici. Molti mercati importanti stanno investendo
su questo tipo di sistemi ad alta automazione, a causa della
crescente difficoltà di assumere operatori, per la qualità del
prodotto finale e per i vantaggi produttivi che tale soluzione
offre.
Quando Savio ha esordito con questo nuovo sistema, oltre
al dispositivo di collegamento diretto, sono stati previsti altri
obiettivi principali per soddisfare ogni nuovo sviluppo relativo
alla progettazione dei filatoi ad anello, nonché la necessità di
fornire al cliente le migliori opzioni in considerazione delle sue
richieste presenti e future.
In realtà, Polar/I DLS è stata progettata in modo “modulare",
garantendo la possibilità di raggiungere il maggior numero di
teste per andare incontro alla tendenza dei produttori di filatoi
con macchine sempre più lunghe fino a 2.000 fusi.
Questa soluzione modulare offre a Polar/I DLS le più alte
potenzialità, essendo la stessa dotata, su richiesta, di N° 3
stazioni di ricerca, dove le spole dei filatoi sono preparate per il
processo di roccatura e per i processi a valle.
Grande attenzione è stata data anche a:
- L'effetto di aumento di riattacchi del filato e delle
malformazioni delle spole a causa di blackout di energia.
- La fase di fine lotto, che richiede la circolazione di tutte le
bobine fino a completa formazione delle rocche.
- I difetti tecnologici rilevati dalle stribbie.
Per minimizzare la conseguente minor efficienza, Polar/I DLS
può essere dotata, su richiesta, di una stazione di preparazione
“Smart back up” che, oltre al sistema di identificazione fusi,
è in grado di recuperare l'efficienza di roccatura e rimuovere
automaticamente i difetti tecnologici del filato.
Il "sistema di identificazione fusi", disponibile come opzione,
rappresenta un semplice sistema di monitoraggio, che registra
il difetto e la sua causa, ma non è sufficiente per ottimizzare
l'efficienza della roccatrice. Queste sono le ragioni per cui Savio
Polar/I DLS può essere equipaggiata con la funzione opzionale
di stazione di preparazione “Smart back up”.
Tutte le spole respinte dalle teste di roccatura, su intervento
elettronico delle stribbie, per i difetti tecnologici di cui sopra o
per spole malformate, vengono automaticamente portate alla
stazione “Smart back up”. Questo dispositivo è stato progettato
e costruito appositamente per rimuovere dalla bobina la parte
difettosa del filato, e restituire la spola “pulita" alle teste di
roccatura.
Tutte queste operazioni vengono effettuate automaticamente,
senza alcun intervento dell'operatore; mentre, in caso contrario,
l'operatore dovrebbe intervenire per recuperare la bobina,
rimuovere manualmente la porzione del filato difettoso, e
riposizionare la bobina sulla macchina.

Savio’s most high-end product is now represented by Polar/I
DirectLinkSystem winding solution, for linking the ring
spinning frames to winders. Many important developing
markets are investing on this kind of high-automatic systems,
because of the growing difficulty of hiring operators, for the
end product quality and production advantages that such
solution offers. When Savio started with this new system, in
addition to the direct link device, some other main targets
have been foreseen in order to satisfy each new developments
on ring frame design, as well as the necessity to provide our
customer with the best options in consideration of their present
and future potential requests.
In fact Polar/I DLS has been designed in a “modular type”
granting the possibility of reaching the highest number of
winding heads to match the trend of the spinning frame
manufacturers with longer and longer machines up to 2.000
spindles. This modular solution gives the Polar/I DLS the
highest potentiality, being the same equipped, upon request,
with N° 3 end finder stations, where the ring frames bobbins
are prepared and get ready to the winding heads for the
subsequent process.
Great concern was also given to:
- The effect on increase of yarn of yarn piecings and bad
bobbin shapes due to the energy blackout.
- The end lot phase which requires the circulation of all
bobbins until packages are full.
- The technological defects detected by the clearers.
To minimize the consequent lower efficiency, Polar/I DLS can
be equipped, upon request, of a Smart back up preparation
station that, in addition to the spindle identification system, is
able to recover the winding efficiency and automatically remove
the technological yarn defects.
The “spindle Identification System”, available on the winder
as option, represents a mere monitoring system, which register
the defect and its cause, but it is not enough to optimize the
winder efficiency. These are the reasons why Savio Polar/I DLS
can be equipped with the optional feature of the “Smart back
up preparation station”.
All the bobbins rejected by the winding heads, upon the
Electronic Clearers intervention, for the above mentioned
technological defects or due to bad shaped bobbins , are
automatically led to the Smart back up preparation station;
This device is designed and engineered specially to remove
from the bobbin, the defective portion of the yarn, and return
the “clean bobbin” again to the winding heads.
All these operations, are automatically made, without any
operator intervention, while, on the contrary, the operator
must intervene to recuperate the bobbin, remove manually the
portion of the defective yarn, and place the bobbin back on the
machine.

1. ORION SUPER M
Roccatrice automatica studiata appositamente per il mercato
del Far East, che richiede filato di alta qualità insieme a grande
produttività, bassi consumi energetici, minor manutenzione e
più bassi costi di investimento.
Questa roccatrice automatica, con alimentazione manuale
delle bobine e levata automatica delle rocche, prevede che
tutti i parametri dei processi di roccatura siano controllati dal
PC principale, così come il monitoraggio di auto-diagnosi delle
singole teste.
L’alta produttività insieme al livello qualitativo del filato e
delle rocche può essere ottenuta grazie alla flessibilità e
al ciclo intelligente, oltre che dalla dinamica controllata e
personalizzata dell’accelerazione del cilindro.
Il movimento diretto delle parti e la ventola di aspirazione
con design speciale permettono una riduzione dei consumi
energetici.
Automatic winder, manufactured in our Chinese plant
“Savio (Shandong) Textile Machinery”, is particularly
designed for the local market in order to meet the high
yarn quality demand together with high production
output, reduced energy consumption, maintenance and
investment.
The Savio Orion Shandong with manual bobbins feeding
and manual packages doffing, completely controls all the
parameters of the winding process by the main PC. In
addition the machine has the self-diagnosis monitoring per
each winding head. High productivity together with yarn
and package quality level can be obtained thanks to the
flexible and intelligent cycle in addition to the controlled
and customized dynamic drum acceleration.
The direct drive of the moving parts and the specially
designed suction fan allow a reduced energy consumption.

La roccatrice automatica “link type” sta suscitando sempre
più interesse anche nel mercato cinese, a causa della sempre
maggiore difficoltà a reperire manodopera specializzata.
Polar/I DLS ha introdotto un nuovo concetto nella roccatura
link automatica, ovvero accessibilità e facilità d’uso.
L’industria tessile, in un breve lasso di tempo, ha fatto notevoli
passi in avanti in termini di modernizzazione. La semplicità e
l’efficacia sono i pilastri dell’intero progetto Polar. La macchina
vanta un sistema diretto di alimentazione spole da filatoio a
roccatrice, diventando dunque un’estensione naturale del
filatoio ed assicurando così un libero flusso di materiali.
Il filato dalla spola del filatoio alla rocca non viene manipolato,
assicurando pertanto la massima qualità, evitando
movimentazioni esterne di materiali e contaminazioni. Come
estensione del filatoio, la POLAR/I DLS diventa un sistema
modulare di lavorazione spole ad alta efficienza assicurando il
miglior utilizzo nei processi a valle.
Il percorso del filo è stato implementato con dispositivi che
riducono i difetti del filato; ogni testa di roccatura ha due spole
in riserva, oltre a quella in processo, pronte per essere roccate.
Per assicurare il minor consumo di energia, il sistema di
aspirazione è pilotato da inverter ad alta efficienza. Il sistema,
completamente integrato, assicura una depressione ottimale,
essendo regolato automaticamente secondo le esigenze
specifiche della lavorazione.
Grazie a questa caratteristica e al ciclo flessibile della spola, lo
spreco è ridotto al minimo.
The automatic winder “link type” has always collected
great interest also in the Chinese market, because of the
growing difficulty of hiring specialized labour. POLAR/I
DLS introduces a new concept in automatic link winding:
ergonomics and user friendly sophistication.
The yarn spinning industry, in a short span of time, has
made a huge leap toward modernization. Simplicity
and efficiency are the pillars of the entire Polar project.
The POLAR/I DLS has a direct feeding of the ring frame
bobbins and became an extension of the ring frame itself,
ensuring total free flow of the materials.
From ring frame bobbin to the final package, the yarn is
processed untouched and with zero transit time, ensuring
maximum quality, less material handling and no chances
of contamination. As the ring frames get longer, Polar/I
DLS comes in a modular hi-efficiency bobbin processing
system, ensuring the best utilization. The spindle’s yarn
path has been straightened reducing yarn deflections and
each spindle now holds two - ready to wind - bobbins as
stand by.
In order to ensure the lowest power consumption, the
suction unit is equipped with a high efficiency, inverter
driven suction unit. A fully integrated suction system,
electronically managed in order to adjust the vacuum value
to the needed one, ensures the optimum suction action.
Thanks to this feature and the further refined spindle’s
Flexycycle, hard waste is reduced to the minimum.

3. SIRIUS Electronic Drive System
La nuova generazione di ritorcitoi a doppia torsione,
SIRIUS, ha debuttato in anteprima mondiale alla fiera
ITMA ASIA 2010. Questo ritorcitoio nasce dalle richieste
dei clienti del Far East di una significativa riduzione in costi
di energia e manodopera. Oltre alla richiesta di sostenere
ridotti costi di investimento e di abbassare i consumi
energetici, grande importanza assumono anche i tempi e i
costi di manutenzione. Questa macchina prevede: un’alta
standardizzazione a livello strutturale; un’ampia gamma di
alimentazioni e dimensioni dei fusi per ogni gamma di filati e
titoli; una grande scelta di optionals disponibili; facilità d’uso
e soluzioni elettroniche per ridurre il numero degli operatori.
La versione Electronic Drive System (EDS) differisce dalla
versione meccanica per la totale flessibilità di variazione
delle impostazioni. Il modello Sirius EDS è equipaggiato con
motori ed inverter indipendenti, che permettono di impostare
tutti i parametri dal computer di bordo. Questa innovazione
deriva dal know-how elettronico che Savio già impiega in altri
sofisticati prodotti. L’impatto di questa nuova innovazione
è quello di ridurre drasticamente i tempi di set-up ad ogni
cambio partita, diminuendo il numero di addetti dedicati ad
ogni macchina ed introducendo un modo semplice e diretto
per variare ogni impostazione con un semplice tocco sullo
schermo.
The new generation of Two-for-One twisters, SIRIUS,
debuted as world preview at the ITMA ASIA 2010
fair. This twister responds to the demands of Far East
customers looking for a significant reduction in labor and
energy.
Besides the demand to sustain low investment costs and
lower energy consumption, the customers also take on
great importance time and cost of maintenance.
This new model foresees: a high structural standardization,
a wide range both for feeding and spindle dimensions for
every yarn type and count, electronic solutions to simplify
the operator intervention and reduce the maintenance
workforce.
The Electronic Drive System (EDS) version differs from
the mechanical version for the full flexibility of setting
adjustments. The Sirius EDS model is equipped with
independent inverters and motors, which allow to set all
processing parameters by the machine PC.
This innovation derives from the electronic know how that
Savio has experienced on other sophisticated products.
The simple touch screen PC allows to change settings
continuously, the operator can obtain every possible
combination of parameters in order to reach the best
output working condition.
